If two or more copies of Wound Reflection are in play, do they count each other in their triggered abilities at end of turn?

In other words, let's say that I use a Lightning Bolt on my opponent, dealing 3 damage to him. I have two copies of Wound Reflection in play.

Now, do both copies resolve simultaneously at end of turn, i.e., 3 damage is done this turn, so each copy deals 3 additional damage for a total of 3 (LB) + 3 (WR1) +3 (WR2) = 9 for the turn?

OR,

Do the copies read each other, i.e., the triggered abilities go on the stack, then the first one resolves, dealing 3 damage; then, the second one resolves, however, now 6 life has been lost, so the second one deals 6 more life instead!

I would appreciate any clarification on this one.

It should be 50+ yrs old, according to the previous homeowner, but the boilerplate doesn't give any date, and I can't find any documentation online.
