well my friend mom was pushing her and put her in the corner and had her hands around her neck and kicked her out the house and shes 20 and she called the police and all they did was took mom side and said u should kick her out since she has no job to show her a lesson and that she could press charges but the judge would laugh in her face since she doesnt have job living in her mom houseand that he might just say corporate punishment and to me that doesnt make any since since if someone put there hands on u thats violence period no matter who it is
