I have bad city water. It has 450ppm of contaminated contents.. the epa recommends a max of 500 for human consumption. I have a water filter that drops that down 0-10ppm which is the equivalent of purified water from the store... the downside is that purified water doesn't taste so great. My cats agree and choose to drink tap water over the purified. Does anybody know of any additive I can give the purified water to help improve its taste for the feline tastebuds? Also, I can agree that purified water can strip nutrients from the body, so I'm also open for any nutrient liquid I can add to make the water supply safe and healthy.
