We had a new furnace and central air put in last summer (2012) and to me it never has worked proper we have had them out more times than I can remember! they re charged it checked for particles in the pipes etc etc etc! Now this year its still doing the same thing! What happens is after awhile the cool air stops and the unit runs and runs and when you go outside to the unit the pipe that comes out of the basement to the unit is frozen as well as the valve on the unit. In order for us to get cool air we need to turn our unit off for about an hour and let it defrost then it works again. But also it never really gets really cool in here, its fine and just at the "comfort level"!

Now before I contact the company (its still under warranty) I need to know some ideas of what it can be so I can tell them straight what I think so they don't give me the run around like they did last year and saying "we don't know why its not working or why its freezing" Come on they are in the business they know why its freezing, to me it makes me feel like they are just holding me off until the warranty is done to make money! But this unit is less than a year old as well as the brand new furnace they installed so they got paid Now I just want a fully functioning unit! If anyone could give me some ideas why its freezing and not working proper I would really appreciate it!

We had one installed about an week ago and we have had so many issues and I am getting so frustrated!!!

First there wasn't much air blowing out and it wasn't really cold so I looked outside and the pipe going to the unit outside was frozen, I called they told me to defrost it and they would be here in an hour. I believe they took free out as there was to much?? Well its been fine minus the drainage pipe they decided to stick in the part of our basement that is dirt and put water in our basement, now again its warm in here way warmer that it is outside and no air and not cold and the pipe is frozen again!!! Also even when we set it really low like we should be freezing our butts off but temp in the house stays around 70 no matter how low? Why would a brand new unit be freezing!! Anyone lol

I have a 5 year old chocolate lab and she has always been great around other people strangers and kids. She started to get a little funny the end of my pregnancy, and after I had the baby she changed and hasn't been the same since. She does not like strangers or other kids but she is great with us and our kids, as well as my sister and her family. The summer before I had my daughter she was running around at my oldest daughters birthday party around all the kids and the kids down the street all summer, now she has to be tied up. I don't understand why she turned like this, and if there would be anyway this can be changed or classes I can take her to! We really love her but it stresses me out so much and the constant worry as to how she will be any suggestions. We don't want to have to get rid of her but it's A constant worry. Thanks

Does anyone know anything about the U weight loss clinic? A new clinic just opened in my area, and on there website it really doesnt say to much, or say how much it costs. If anyone has ever heard of this clinic, or has ever gone to it any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I know African Grey Congos and Amazon Parrots are both very good talkers, but is there much difference between there talking and learning abilities? Can the amazon mimic like the grey can? Also I read that the Amazons can be moody at times, are the Greys that way as well? Have been reading up on both these birds for a while now, and I can't decide which one to get. I am also aware of the big responsibility, and am prepared. Any help would be appreciated.
