I recently found out I am the executor of an estate. The will states that I am to be without bond. However my attorney states that I still have to have a bond for probate because I am not a beneficiary in the will. Is this legal? I am not sure I trust the attorney. (I live in Ohio).

My father is trying to restore a Shwinn Bantam 20" bike that he found and he needs to find the correct chain for it. Does anybody know what kind of chain he needs, or any websites that would have any? Thanks!

Don't get me wrong I like to talk to my partner a little when I play, but not after every single hand! I like to play fast games and I get sick and tired of people taking so long because they are typing back and forth to each other. It's not a chat room, it's a game room!! One time I didn't talk back to the other people at my table and they called me rude. I'm not a rude person, I just wanted to relax, not type every 10 seconds! Does anyone else agree with me?

I am thinking about going to a concert at Blossom this summer and the pavillion seats are the cheapest I can find, and I was wondering if they are good seats? I have never been there before so I don't know what to expect. I also don't understand the parking. On ticketmaster there are two parking passes to buy but they don't explain anything. One is for 10.00 and one is for 17.00. Is it hard to find parking there? Any information would be helpful! Thank-you!!

Last spring I planted an ostrich fern, it seemed to be doing ok over the summer and it turned brown in the fall. Now that spring is here again it is still brown, and I don't see any green coming out of the ground. I was just wondering if this is normal? When should it start coming back to life? Should I cut off the brown dead leaves? I live in Ohio, and my zone is a 5.

I have a radiology shcool interview that consists of two parts. The first part of the interview is a regular interview conducted by 5 people, and the second part is an observation at a hospital. Should I send a thank you note after both interviews or wait until they are both over and send one? The interviews are 2 weeks apart.

I have a sliding glass door in my dining room that does not get used at all and I was wondering if It would be ok to take down the plain blinds that are there now and decorate it with regular panels and a valance. Or maybe put a valance up now and leave the blinds with it. I am really bad at window treatments! Any advise would be helpful. Thanks!

I don't know much about mp3 players, but my newphew wants one for his birthday and I was wondering which mp3 player would be best for him.

Some nights when we are really busy at the restaurant I work at, I have noticed some people tip less. The service they recieve is still great though. The food comes out fast, and the customers always seem to be happy. When they leave though they only leave around 10%. Is this because they think since we are so busy we will be making good money that night anyways? That is the only thing I can come up with, and it really ticks me off because we are working 10X harder on those really busy nights.

I was also wondering if I should shake hands with all of the people on the committee who ask questions or if I am expected to just sit down, say hello and answer questions.
