I have ordered an Indesit washing machine/dryer and I was wondering if I need an external steam outlet for the dryer.

My 18 month-old pony and my ewe have been eating very poor quality hay - half of it is straw and the other half weeds. They eat the weeds with relish and leave the straw.

I've got them some good quality hay and they won't touch it. I've bought hay from two different sources, thinking that the first one might have had something wrong with it, but I've had no more success with the second lot.

I've left them without anything for two days now - and there is no grass - but they still won't eat the hay.

What can I do?

I have a miniature pony stallion of approximately 18 months. Recently he has started trying to bite - all the time. I have the feeling that it is more in play than actual aggression, but it is a bad habit and it is getting worse. I've tired squirting lemon juice into his mouth, which worked for a whole day, and tapping him on the nose when he bites but that only makes him worse. Do you think that having him gelded would help? Or have you any other suggestions?
