thing is, the medication is def working I'm feeling a lot better, except for the fact I just don't have any motivation, I really can't be bothered with life and really dislike this world! (better than loathing it suppose) I've tried cognitive behavoiur therapy, see a psychiatrist etc, but I really don't see the point in life, especially considering how much everyone seems to hate so much! anyone else understand where I'm coming from?

the side effects just become too much, and make me feel rubbish, problems sleeping, sex drive etc, the list goes on.
I am off all meds have been for past 2 months, I am taking st johns wort and omega 3 fish oils, however I have started to get depressed and irritable again and just can't be bothered with anything, I exercise (makes me feel worse) practise relaxing, try and stay active,but nothing changes my mood, does this sound familier to anybody? how do u cope without meds?

it has totally changed my way of thinking towards mental illness, I can identify with her in so many ways, and to see how her thinking changed to aid her recovery has shown me how I have I have been since my childhood, and shown me that recovery will happen for me if I want it to.
anybody else read this?
