I recently have become a stay at home husband. I am running my own business but for the most part the work is done by my employees. I want to keep a nice house but am list motivated. Both my wife and I are ADD so asking her for said list would not help. I am not completely inept, however, I just need a daily list as to what to do to keep a clean home. So, what I am asking is for a stay at home mom, or anyone really, to give me a list of things to do around the house in a 5 day week. Outdoor chores are not in the equation. We live in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment and basically "Cleaning the kitchen" is an everyday affair. We have no kids yet but have one dog. We also live in a very snowy climate with a mudroom.

My PC is on the fritz, go figure, and I just bought a Netbook and itouch. I have no idea what the old password was. Can I reset the router manually or do I have to have the PC up and running in order for it all to work?

I need to buy a printer for my company that is economical. I used to work for a place that used a printer utilizing wax cubes for ink. You could literally get 1000's of color images from one set of wax cubes. I have no idea what they are called. Does any one know and also if you do know, what one would you recommend?

I am looking into financing an auto body shop in an undisclosed location, however, it would be along the lines of a small town outside of a major city. My wife and I are buying a home on a FHA note. She has a credit score of about 680, has a car loan and now a 5 year loan of $14k on her 403b. Basically, we have an outlay of $810.00 per month in loans. She is an Register Nurse and will make around $55,000 next year. My credit has been destroyed from a prior divorce so my income does not count but suffice it to say we will easily maek over $120,000 combined. The home we are buying is $180,000 and we are putting down the 3% ($5400) on the FHA loan. The loan officer in Maine says that we are looking at about 6.28% but that seems incredibly high in todays market. Am I wrong?

My wife and I are looking at a home that is completely done on the outside except for driveway and front stairs. The inside is completely framed and all the plumbing is done. Everything else is needed from heat to electrical to finishing the bathrooms and kitchen. Does anyone have any idea approximately how much this would cost to finish off? I wouldn't go crazy with the kitchen and also, no carpet... wood or tile floors only as it is a lake house. The house is in the Auburn Maine area if it matters.

Okay, I was with my High School Sweetheart for a total of 16 years, 8 married. We tried for years to get pregnant and finally we did. I was going through a rough time and royally screwed up by cheating on her. I confessed and left to be with my girlfriend. A horrible thing to do but like I said, it was a rough time for me and I was selfish. Se moved to Connecticut from NY and I followed suit so that I could be near my son. We tried for a year or so to patch things up but her parents hated me and made sure it was as hard as possible for that not to happen. I would see her and my son once every two weeks for about 4 hours at a time. I never really asked to take him as he was nursing. About 2 years after our seperation, I met someone quite by accident and ended trying to piece together a marriage that was obvioulsy not going to be fixed. We got legally divorced and the papers said that I had visitation rights at our descretion. Now I am married, have a very stable life and want to have him for periods of time, not just visit for 4 hours. She lives over an hour away and it is difficult to get down there with work and all. When I presented this to her, she said no and that she would have to be present. She is not nice to my now wife and it is weird to have her just hanging around like I am a pediphile or something. I have never hurt her or my son and I have been supporting him to the tune of $1200 a month for over 2 years.

She says she knows her rights and has a lawyer. I can't afford a lawyer right now so I want to go Pro Se. However, I want to be sure that I have the right to partial custody before I stir these waters. Do I have a valid case? I know of people on drugs who easily have more than just visitation. We have a fairly high income for that area but are moving there because we love winter, we love Maine and it puts us within a days drive of her home in Newfoundland. We know nothing of the city other than the extensive research we have done online. One thing that the internet does not tell you is about the nicer neighborhoods. We don't want to live in a rich area, just one that is rural, small town, near the water and outside the city. We love the outdoors and like to go into the city, but not live in it.

Any suggestions?

I guess we are also looking to be in the country more or less. Out in the woods away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get a carton of milk and within 10 minutes of a mall. Is this asking to much?

I don't want to stay in a flea motel and don't need anything more than a place to lay our heads at night. We are contemplating moving to Maine and need to do some investigating but we are also wanting to spend some time in Portsmouth. Okay, I have a PC that 3 weeks ago was lightening fast on my cable modem. I recently added a laptop to my lynksys and everything just slowed to almost a halt. There is nothing wrong with the laptop and the problem persists even when I turn it off and get it off line. Again, there was nothing wrong with my PC 3 weeks ago and then suddenly, even yahoo takes 30-40 secs to load. I know I don't need any hardware as I do not have any or added any major programs in at least a year.

Please, any info for free software would be helpful!
