I have this essay to write and I don't know where to start:

(a) Write a 3000 word long essay on two of the following moral outlooks, distinguishing them from each other, and critically discussing how they relate to each other (how they are different and what they have in common):

Kantian Ethics

Virtue Ethics

Utilitarianism

Rights-based Ethics

Can anyone who studies philosophy please give their opinion as to which two moral outlooks are easiest to compare and contrast for someone who has never studied philosophy? Thanks!

I have met a few people in my life, who are not diagnosed with any mental illness or mental deficiency, but when they speak to you, you realize that they speak like idiots. Is there a term for these kinds of people? Because although they are not diagnosed with anything, they still don't appear to be 'normal'.
