  • Struggling with post baby body help?

I am a mother of two and I really enjoy being a mom. I love my kids to death and I am so happy that I have them and get to watch them grow up. I have a 3 year old daughter and a 9 month old son. I am really struggling to get rid of the baby weight. When I had my daughter I was 27 and by the time she was 3 months old I literally looked like I never had a child. I bounced right back to my normal weight without even trying. However this time around I wasn't so lucky. My son is 9 months old and I am still struggling to lose the weight from my pregnancy. Before I had my son I weighed 130lbs. Now I am 155lbs and hate the way I look. I recently went back to work part time and I am so busy with two kids and my husband that I can really only fit in a workout once or twice a week. I really want my old body back and I want to look good for my husband. Do any moms have any advice on how I can go back to my normal size and make time for a workout.

  • I got fired from my job two weeks after medical leave?

I work at Whole Foods Market in Virginia in whole body. In August I was rushed to the emergency room for lower abdominal pain. It ended up being an ovarian cyst. I had to get surgery to have it removed and I was out on medical leave for about 7 weeks. I had every single document necessary for my job when I took my leave. They gave me the ok to go on leave. However when I came back my boss was acting a little fishy around me. I called off of work last Wednesday because of an allergy I had to one of my medicines, I came back to work two days later and they fired me for attendance. We are allowed 7 absences a year and prior to my surgery I only had 2 absences. I was shocked by this, and I don't understand why they would do that. I did not do anything wrong, and I know that I am a good worker.I am 20 years old, jobless, and I am now stuck with a $3,000 bill for my surgery. Is it fair for them to do this. I am going back to talk to them tomorrow.

  • What are the chances that I have diabetes?

My dad has diabetes and my aunt on my dads side also has diabetes. I just had a urinary tract infection about a month ago and I went back to the doctor about 3 days ago and she said there was still a little bit of bacteria in my urine so she put me back on Cipro. I have been urinating a lot for the past 2 days. I go to the bathroom about 6-8 times a day. I looked this up and it came back as a sign of diabetes to urinate a lot. This scared me a lot! I'm 19 years old, I'm petite not overweight at all, I have no blood pressure problems. I went to the emergency room for my UTI and they did blood work. They said that they would notify me if any of my test came up with any issues, but its been a month and I haven't had any word from them about anything alarming. I am going back to my doctor on Thursday. Could I have diabetes?

  • I've gone to the bathroom 4 times in 4 hours?

This is kinda gross just to warn you.I was treated for a urinary tract infection about a month ago. The only symptoms I had were abdominal pain. In the past 2 days I have been urinating a lot. Today in particular I have been to the bathroom 4 times since I woke up at 7:00am. I do not know if this is urinary tract again. The excessive peeing started after I masturbated earlier this week. My clit got all swollen, and is still a little swollen and itchy. I don't have any discharge and I do not feel any pain when I urinate. Help please.

  • My brother in law accidentally kissed me?

My parents had a dinner at their house last night and me and all of my siblings were there, with our spouses and boyfriends/girlfriends. So long story short my brother in law Joe went down to the basement to get a high chair for my niece. He was down there for a while so my mom told me that I should go help him look for it since I was the last one to see it. I went down stairs and it was dark, and he just grabbed me and kissed me. I pushed him away and he realized it was me and not my sister. He apologized and told me he thought it was my sister. He apologized a million times. I know that he would never purposely kiss me, but he was acting really weird the rest of the night and it was really awkward to be around him. Before he left he pleaded with me not to tell my sister, or my boyfriend. I told him I don't know if I could do that. I just can't keep this from my sister and I've already told my boyfriend about it. Why would he tell me not to say anything since it was an accident. What should I do?

  • Pregnant with baby #4 really stressed out.?

I am 36,my husband and I have been together for 15 years and married for 8 years. We are expecting our 4th child in January of next year. We have three kids ages 7,6, and 4. We were not planning on having anymore kids but things happen and we were pleasantly surprised. I am always really tired now and it is hard for me to keep up with the kids. My husband owns his own business so he can work from home some days and help with the kids. I am a nurse but I only work 3 days a week now because of my pregnancy. I feel like I never get a break. I'm being pulled in so many directions with the kids and having to tend to their needs, also maintaining my relationship with my husband, and working. I know things will only get worst when the baby gets here. Any tips on how to reduce stress. Has anyone been in this position before.

  • Why is my friend acting so weurd?

Ok so one of my bestfriends, Camile and I have been friends for two years. I meet her at work and she was one of the first people to really help me out and teach me more about the store we were working in. We started talking outside of work and we quickly became friends. I am straight and Camile is a lesbian. I have meet her girlfriends and we all became friends. Camile got into a school in New York so she now lives about 2 hours away from me. She was taking summer classes and came home from school about 2 weeks ago. I threw her a welcome home party at my apartment, and I introduced her to my boyfriend of about 6 months. She was nice to him but didn't say too much, she kinda brushed him off. Camile and I have been hanging out a lot since she came home. We go out a lot and she is working at the store with me again. Yesterday I was out with my boyfriend and she called me asking if I wanted to hangout, I told her that I couldn't because I was out with my boy friend. She got mad and sent me a text saying how much he has changed me. I have no clue what she is talking about. I spend a lot of time with her just like we used to and we still talk everyday how have I changed? I called her like three times today and she hasn't answered, she is clearly ignoring my calls. Idk what happened. I dont know why she would be hurt. Idk what happened? I don't want to say that she has feelings for me just because she is a lesbian. What could be the problem?

  • Is it wrong for my employer to tell my friend not tell anyone that he is gay?

Ok so I work at a vitamin store, and I've been working there for about a year to pay for school expenses and things like that. This guy Derek started working there about 5 months ago he is a really nice guy, and we became friends. I knew he was gay without him having to tell me, it was just obvious. Everyone that works there is always telling me to ask him if he is gay because they're just nosey. So anyway he finally just told me straight up last week that he was gay, and he said he felt like a weight was lifted off of him when he told me because he can't talk about it at work. He told me that during his interview my boss told him not to discuss his sexual orientation at work. I don't see why it's so wrong all of us who are straight talk about our boyfriends, girlfriends, and spouses all the time. Why can't he do the same just because he is gay. I was just wondering can they do that. Isn't it discrimination or something.

  • How can I make my mom stay out of my marriage?

My mom and dad are visiting my Husband and I from D.C. I moved to New Jersey permanently with my husband two years ago when we got married. I was living in New Jersey when I was in school, where my husband and I met. We are happy in our marriage, we love being together. We travel a lot in the summer and winter. We just enjoy each others company. We were together for 4 years before we got married, and there is no one in the world I would rather be with. My mother is always criticizing everything I do. Since she has been here, she has been bossing me around and telling me how to do things in my own home. What I should do for my husband etc. I am an adult I can take care of my own husband, I know what he likes she doesn't. I don't understand why she keeps trying to tell me what to do like i'm still a kid. The other day she started telling me that I should think about "calming down my adventures" and start a family with my husband. I'm 26 I can make that decision for myself. I've been married for two years and I enjoy traveling and just enjoying this time with my husband. We definitely want to be parents but I think we will definitely make it happen when we are ready, not what she wants it. She is going to be here for another week, and I can't take anymore of her bossy ways. How do I get her to stop meddling in my marriage and just enjoy the visit.

  • Should I tell her that her husband is cheating?

A fellow co-worker of mine Dan, is cheating on his wife. He has basically slept with every woman in our office, and has even hit on me a couple of times with no luck(I'm happily married). His wife Leah has become a good friend of mine. We meet about 6 months ago at an office party. I realized that she works at my best friends job. We started to see each other more and we just have a good time together. She is a really nice person who believes that her husband is the sweetest guy when he is actually cheating on her with multiple women. He is aware of my friendship with his wife, and he is also aware that I know about his serial cheating but has never asked me to keep quiet. It's as if he doesn't care. Leah asked me earlier today to go shopping with her this weekend to look for a dress to wear when she gets her vows renewed in August. I feel really bad knowing this information without telling her. I didn't expect to become such good friends with her.I feel like a bad friend for not telling her. I know if it was me I would want to know for sure! Should I tell her?

  • In-laws at our house every weekend?

Ok so husband and I got married almost a year ago and I love being married. He is the best husband! However his parents just moved like 15 minutes away from us and they always come to our house for the weekend. First they would call like every other weekend inviting us for dinner. Then they came to our place one or twice now they just show up at our door with dinner and eat. Its sweet and they are nice people, but I just got married and just want some privacy. Like last weekend we were going to the beach and his parents came right before we were about to leave, and stayed for like two hours before we could leave. My husband keeps trying to talk to them but they keep saying they wanna be around us since all of his other siblings live in different states. I know that they probably feel empty because all of their kids are adults and married now but it's just kind of annoying, when we want to go out or just spend the day in the house alone. How can we get them to lay off without being mean about it.

  • What to do when an ex-coworker of yours keeps emailing inappropriate messages?

My boss from a previous job started emailing me inappropriate messages. It all started about three weeks ago when I emailed him asking if it was ok to use him as a reference on my resume so I can move up in my current job. He gladly accepted and then started sending weird messages asking me if I was still married( which i still am happily married). He keeps offering to take me out on dates and saying things like"you don't know what your missing". He is married and I have met his wife before. I have asked him to STOP! Multiple times, and he still sends me an inappropriate email every now and then. I told my husband and he says he is going to contact his job and let him know what he is doing while at work. How should we handle this?

  • What to do when your mom won't even give you the time of day?

Ok so my mom never talks to me or my other siblings unless it has to do with paying bills or school. I'm 19 and I had to come home from university and go to community college because my dad lost his job and we were no longer able to pay for it. I got a job and pay my own tuition and all of my other bills(phone, car insurance, school loans, and help with groceries). I feel like my sisters and I help my mom so much with everything around the house and she doesn't even acknowledge us, and complains if you make any little mistake. Whenever we try to tell her how we feel she just yells at us about all the bills she and my dad have to pay and she walks away as soon as she says what she wants and doesn't listen to a word we have to say. One time I tried to tell her about how stressed I was with my bills and how I was feeling a little depressed and I was sobbing, and she told me that "I should be disappointed in myself because I wasn't in school that Semester, and my room was dirty" But I couldn't afford it because I still had to pay back my debt to my last school. I have gotten to the point where I really don't like being in the same room with her. I understand that she has a lot to worry about but my siblings try to help her soooooo much and she doesn't even care to acknowledge us. I never thought I would have such negative feelings toward my own mother but this is where she has brought me and idk what to do now. I feel like I don't even have a mom anymore. She likes to pretend in front of other people and make it seem like we are so close but we are not. My siblings and I are close but none of us are close with her. I have tried talking to her but all she cares about is her own feelings. What else is there to do?

  • How do I get my brother in law to leave our house?

Ok so almost 2 months ago my brother in law came to stay with my husband and I. He just moved to new york and needed somewhere to stay until he signed the lease for his new place. When he moved in we were under the impression that he already found a place and was in the application process. Its been two months now and he is still staying with us. I don't feel like he is really looking for a place. He does have a good job and definetly makes enough money to support himself. He is staying in Our basement and he is not really keeping the basemen clean, and my husband had to go down there and clean it the other night. He has only contributed to groceries 2 or 3 times and he eats alot. I feel like we are babysitting a 27 year old man and I am tired of it. I always ask my husband to talk to him about getting his place and he just says he'll talk to him but i don't think he is doing it. His brother and him are so close, and my husband is the big brother so I feel like he just doesn't want to push his little brother out. I don't want to be the evil sister in law who wants to kick him out with no place to go, but I think it's at least time for him to start looking. How do I get him serious about leaving without being mean.

  • Is it so wrong to go down on your husband ?

So my husband and I have been married for 4 years we have a great sex life and love each other so much. The other day my older sister( who has been married for 8 years) was at my house along with my Bestfriend and we were talking about giving our husbands blow jobs. I never even gave a bj before I got married, but I started and my husband loves it. My Bestfriend said the same thing. And my sister started saying things like " only a husband who doesn't respect his wife would let her do that". And she said that its "not natural to use sex toys with each other". My sister is really conservative but I don't think its that bad. I mean you have to keep your love life alive. And i like keeping my husband happy and he does the same thing for me. What do you guys think?

  • Why does my brother in law act so stiff in front of other women?

Ok so me, my sister, her husband and my husband all went out to eat last night, and my brother in law was acting really weird. He is not a quiet guy he does engage in conversation when we're all talking, he likes to make jokes and stuff. So we had this waitress and everytime the waitress was talking to my brother in law he had his head down making no eye contact at all with her and would keep his head down until she walked away from the table. He did this another time when we went on vacation we went skiing and our instructor was a women he barely said two words to her the whole time. He always acts weird in front of other women. What could be a reason he acts like this.
