I'm taking my niece out to her softball game this weekend.. Any good ideas for snacks to bring? Something a little fun or cool? lol Different?! There's 14 girls. High school age.

So long story short.. been dating this guy for about a month. He's great. So busy, with full-time work, collage classses and a 1yr old. He's beginning even another class at a different school this week. I'm putting together a little study kit. :) 5-star notebooks, his favorite coffee, Power-bars and writing utensils..etc.

Does anyone have any little quotes or sangs I can leave in a little note or card? Like I said not been dating long at all so I want it to be personal without being awkward! lol

Hi! Friday i'm starting my Christmas cookie baking! Yay. :) My best friend has asked me to make sugar cookies, which are her favorite! It's like the only cookie I can't seem to get right. Please help!! :P Or some tips on baking them would be great too. Thanks!!

Please, please help me find shoes to go with this dress! :) It's for a wedding in August, in New York, and it's outside. I'm willing to pay $100 and I like them high! Let's say @ least 3 1/2 inches. Thanks a ton. I wore my BGBG's (black) with the dress before and it was cute but need the perfect shoe for the wedding.

Here's the situation-

Every week my close neighbors and I get together and have a themed dinner. Nothing to crazy just a fun time with close friends. Last week was "Mexican Night" and this week we have decided on "Appetizer Night." Any ideas?

Just for fun. : ) Which of the Sookie Stackhouse novels is your favorite? I love them all, but Book 3 “Club Dead” has always been a favorite of mine. Eric-is just so funny in that book, Alcide comes to play and Bill, well Bill is gone (for some of it)...which I wasn’t to sad about. (With all he did to Sookie...) But from then on you have Eric losing his memory (book 4), The Summit-Sophie-Ann (the Queen, book 5), you learn more about the shape-shifters, Eric and Sookie get closer, you get to meet some of Sookie and Jason’s “relatives”...Oh, I loved Claudine. Just to name a few things. : )

My Favorite character is-Pam. She’s the best. Ends up being a good friend to Sookie. Loves Eric as her maker. Dresses like a Soccer Mom, what a personality she has! Best/funniest memory of her in the books is when she wanted to know what a Baby shower was all about? So funny.

So what’s your favorite book in the series? Who’s your favorite Character?

My best friend's housewarming on May 22nd: We have all the food covered, but are wanting some fun, tasteful and different desserts! : ) Any ideas? We are welcome to any and all. Up to 25 people, but I am open to making a few different desserts...instead of one or two larger ones.

Hi Fellow Nannies, Mommies and Childcare Providers-

I have been a Nanny for 5 years and this is my 1st position where I have 3 children. The ages are 5years old, 3 years old and 8mos. I generally have newborns to ages 2yrs. I was also a Sunday school teacher for ages 3yrs-7yrs. So I have knowledge but was wondering if anyone could give me some more idea's in the Craft/activity area?

All the children will be off this Summer... Then eldest will begin Kindergarten and the middle child will go to five- 1/2 days of preschool.

Just wondering what every ones fav. V.C. Andrew's series was/is? I know all the series aside from The "Heaven" series and "Flowers in the Attic" series is written by a ghost Writer. I have begun the "Dawn" series and I have to say I have enjoyed it... I like "Heaven" the best. Flowers in the Attic is a classic, so if course that was is good as well. I do have to say I know the characters MUCH better when the actual V.C Andrews wrote them. What do you think?

I also LOVED the Twilight Saga and The Sookie Stackhouse novels. I like books that are told from the main characters point of view.

So I guess i'm looking for a love story/witty/dark (a somewhere)/keeps me guessing series!
