  • Seatbelt ticket in North Carolina?

I was driving home from school today and I guess from my excitement of being done with exams, I forgot to put on my seatbelt. I always wear my seatbelt but forgot this one time like an idiot. And of course, I got pulled over and received a $160 ticket. I am definitely guilty and I am not going to argue the fact but I want to know what my options are.

The trooper told me that my court appearance is not a requirement and that I can just pay the fine but what happens if I do appear in court? How many options of dealing with this ticket do I have? Any help, please?

  • What law of nature prevents macro-evolution from being possible?

If you think that micro-evolution is possible but macro-evolution isn't: why isn't it? According to the first law of thermodynamics, if there is something regulating species to keep from evolving too much, we should be able to observe and define it.

  • Is Rosetta Stone evil?

I mean, god punished the makers of the tower of Babel by creating multiple languages. So, Rosetta Stone teaching different languages must be the work of the devil! Plus, why didn't god get mad about the Sears Tower?

  • Is Christianity polytheism?

Christianity has the belief of the trinity. There are three separate gods, but they are the same? That doesn't make sense! And I know: "think of it like H2O... there is ice, water, and steam." The problem with that is that H2O can't be all these forms at once like god supposedly is. An atom of H2O can take three different forms, but not at the same time. So that doesn't explain how Christianity is supposedly monotheistic. So is Christianity a polytheistic religion?

  • Microsoft Visual Express?

I am trying to create a program in Visual Express and I can not figure out what the command line is so I can open a new window. I want to hit the 'next' button and when I do it close will that window and open a new one, like when you are installing an installation wizard when installing a program. I know that 'MsgBox' opens a window with text in it while keeping the original one open but I don't want that. I hope I am making sense...

  • Use Canon camera as a webcam?

I have a Canon SX110is camera and was wondering if I could somehow hook it up to my computer to be used as a webcam. I know you can use camcorders as webcams, but I wasn't sure about cameras with video capabilities.

  • Why did Jesus have to die?

Why did god kill his son? Couldn't he have just changed his rules around instead? Was a suicide mission really necessary?

This is a serious question. If you believe in reincarnation do new souls get created? If yes, who creates them?

Would you have any reason to continue living? And would you become immoral and start killing thousands of people?

  • Why is everyone unequal?

The Bible says slavery is justified but then our morals evolved and we realized it isn't. The Bible says women should obey their husband's and be under them but then our morals evolved and realized they shouldn't. Now the Bible says that gays should be stoned and therefore we give them unequal right's and everyone's morals are slowly starting to evolve to where we realize it isn't a choice and they should have equal rights considering that is what our Constitution says. So why does the Bible condone bigotry? Why should people obey by this book when it's morals are obviously outdated?

  • Pioneer Mosfet 50Wx4?

I have a Pioneer Mosfet 50Wx4 stereo in my car and I want to hook my ipod up through aux. This particular one does not have an aux port so I was wondering if there was a stereo that I could buy at best buy or any store that has an aux that I could just swap out the face plates without changing the entire system out.

  • What was the reason god made us?

The only two theories I have are 1) He got bored so he made us to have something to play with but wouldn't that make him evil and a jerk? 2) He wanted others to see his awesome super powers and for people to worship him but wouldn't that make him an egotistical self absorbed prick?

    Why did he make us?
