  • Macbeth ambition quotes?

Just wondering if in the quote below there were any techniques used? Dramatic/language techniques?

    I have no spur

To prick the sides of my intent, but only

    Vaulting ambition, which o'erleaps itself,

    And falls on th'other. . . .

If not is there an ambition quote that does contain a technique?\

    Thanks

  • Did I experience derealisation?

Hi, so last week I think I experienced derealisation. I just felt like when I would conduct any action e.g. opening the door, it seemed to feel like I wasn't in control. I could sort of feel what I was doing eventually but it would take a while for my body to actually be able to realise I was opening the door. It felt like I was kind of fatigued in a way. It lasted about 2 days although I have experienced this before for about 5 days at a time I was under immense stress. I also have anxiety. So is this so-called 'derealisation' or is it something else?

  • Recent Advances in Biochemistry?

Hey, I just needed to know of some recent advances in biochemistry which are rather simple to understand! Preferable within the last 3 years and if you could attach an article or recommend a book about the recent advance, that would be great!

    thanks

  • Are periods meant to be this irregular as a teen?

I'm currently 15 and I got my first period in May 2014 when I was 14 and it lasted about 3 weeks although the last 2 weeks were just tiny drops. Then I didn't get my next period until November of 2014! Although that time it lasted 8 days. It hasn't returned. I do feel like I was a late bloomer with other signs of puberty (breast growth, hair, growth spurt) as I seemed to have these signs a lot later than other girls at school. I am really worried about this and I want to know if it is normal to be this irregular?! I'm worried I have something wrong with me, or if I have pcos but I'm not overweight and don't have excess hair growth, has any one else ever had periods this irregular when they first began!? Please help me!

  • Irregular periods?

So im 15 and I got my first period in late April this year and I bled for like 2-3 weeks although the last two weeks were very light. I only got my second period yesterday (7 months later!!!) Is it normal to be this irregular? Should I see a doctor or just wait for my body to naturally regulate? Is there something wrong with my body?

  • How to make my mom let me quit my job?

So i work as a receptionist at a local medical centre and i hate it so much. I have hated it as soon as i started there and i have pleaded and cried to my mom every single time i have had a shift because the patients abuse me and i am a shy person who is horrible with communicational skills. Im only young >18 and its just too much pressure because if i stuff something up at the front desk, the doctors are screwed too and i don't need this kind of pressure while i'm at school. I get really stressed and anxious over work i cant sleep the night before i know i have a shift because i am that terrified of what abuse or mistake awaits to happen when i work. My mom won't let me quit because she just wants to not have to pay for stuff for me and wants my money. I understand most of you will be like "be grateful you have a job" but honestly, i just cant deal with it and i need a way to convince her because she is so stubborn.

  • Why hasn't my period come back?

So I'm a 15 year old girl and for 4 years I have had discharge everyday! About 7 months ago I had one period which lasted for like 20 days although about 10 of the days at the end we're just like a drop or two a day. So my breast are about an A and I had a growth spurt at the start of the year and I have hair too. 2 years ago I realised I had a really bad threadworms infestation and took the treatment but the other day i felt I wiped myself and found another worm. Could my period be messed up because of the worms? I mean could they have been causing this discharge for the past 4 yrs?

  • what will the doctor do about irregular periods?

So I'm 15 and well i got my first period earlier this year and it lasted for like 20 days and hasn't come back. Its been quite a few months. My mom wants me to go to the doctor about it and she said the doctor will just give me tablets to make me more regular. I know its normal to be irregular as a teen but I'm unsure. I do have a lotta discharge. What will the doctor do I mean i don't want to go if the doctor is going to look down there... :/ I'd be super embarressed. Will the doctor just ask me questions or will she examine me?

  • My best friends are still friends with the girls talking about me behind my back?

So there's a couple of girls who have been talking about me behind my back. I have done nothing to these girls. The problem is that my best friends are still close with these girls who have been saying horrible things about me.. I know it's not right of me to force them to end a friendship because those girls are talking about me, but I just feel that they aren't acting like real best friends should. I mean, if I found out someone who I was friends with was talking about my best friend behind there back, I would be kinda annoyed at them? I feel like no ones really there for me...

  • why do my friends keep talking about me behind my back?

So i used to sit with a large group of friends at school although some of us decided it would be best if part of us moved away considering we didn't talk to half the members of our group and we simply weren't close with them. (Mind you, i'd never had any problems or issues with the other girls we just weren't close). So after we moved, the other half of the group started being extremely rude! We decided to just ignore them because they were acting so childish. Then the other day, my friend told me that the girls were talking about me and saying that they hate me the most & that i make a big deal about stuff when I used to literally not even say a word in the group because I am quite shy and don't like to talk much. So since we'd moved, they started also calling me a liar. This really offended me because I am the most honest person ever and I know how stupid people look when they lie. This was actually the first time i've had people say that kinda stuff about me because i am generally on good terms with all people I meet because I treat people with the respect that I want to receive. The main problem I am having now is that one of the friends who sits in our new smaller group is still 'friends' with the main girl talking bad about me. My friend is trying to act like she's on my side but then I hear that they've been texting each other and calling themselves bestfriends. What is a good way to politely get back at them because I am honestly so upset & confused. Thanks.

  • My first period has lasted 18 days and still going?

Hi, I'm turning 15 soon and my first period has been going for 18 days! Like last week it started to go really light so I thought it was ending but it hadn't! My flow has been fairly light and it is brown in colour. Since I got my period later than most people, could that be a reason as to why it is still going? I haven't had cramps since the first week of my period. Has this ever happened?
