My sister-in-law moved here a long time ago with her parents. She was able to get a driver's license. Is she legal or Illegal? Now it has expired and she is not able to renew it? Why? My brother and sister-in-law have been married for over three years now and they have 2 children together. Just curious to know if she is legal or illegal and why she cannot renew her driver's license.

I live in Texas in Waller County. Who can I call to pick up all the stray dogs that are running around the neighborhood. I have been told the pound only goes to Harris county.
