my brother wants to purchase an Ultimate game card so he can become a member in runescape. Where do you buy the UGC, how do you subscribe to a rs membership with the UGC, and how long is the membership for a $20 UGC?

my brother wants to be a member on runescape and he "wants to buy the visa prepaid giftcard at walgreens". (actual quotes)

plz give me "step-by-step directions" on how to pay for the membership (what options do i click on the rs website, how to activate the prepaid card, and what to fill out (idk what he means)).

in my pictures, i have an empty folder that i want to delete, but can't. when i send it to the recycle bin, it says "the delete operation has failed. access is denied. please check access permissions, and ensure the file is not in use"

when i log in, my user doesn't show up even though i typed in the right user and password. for example, if i log in, i can't subscribe, comment, etc. even though i am logged on!! i tried the help center; it didn't work.
