I have been having some headaches, the past couple of days, and they have not been super bad, but I am curious about where they came from. I have also been sick the past couple of days and it has been affecting me as I do not feel 100%. I am also drastically changing my life and I have been doing this tactic where I am trying to improve my concentration. I have been doing these exercises to stop my mind from wandering and I read that may be a side effect. I am also taking some IBProphen and pills that should help me with my sickness. I am also not taking the pills whole and I am actually eating them. I am biting into them and it does not seem like the best. where do these headaches come from? What should I do to heal them?
