I stick to the same chocolate chip cookie recipe because other ones don't work for me. However, I want to make them thicker, higher, and softer because they always quickly harden after 10 minutes out of the oven. I've heard that 1 extra egg yolk works and will be doing that.

I've also heard that extra flour can make it softer and I've also heard that it can make the cookie drier.

Which one is it? 1/4 to 1/2 more flour = harder or softer? Thicker or spongier? Personal experience or reasoning and no assuming please.

I want to start playing a piano this summer. I am kind of on a budget, and I just need a piano that works so I could learn how to play it. I'm kind of straying away from an acoustic piano because I know that it needs constant maintenance and tune ups, which I know can be quite costly. Is learning how to play a keyboard exactly the same as learning how to play an upright one? If I buy a digital piano and use it for two years, will I be able to easily translate it into an acoustic in the future? How much maintenance does a digital really need (like tune ups and such)?

Also (side question), as an almost 15 year old, if I practice piano everyday for 30-45 minutes for two years, how good will I become at playing piano (I mean how quickly I can read and play a piece / about how quickly I can play without faltering much)?

I heard about the acid mantle and I want to restore it by using something with a pH of 5 on my skin. I want to mix lemon, baking soda, and honey to make a mixture of a homemade face mask, but I don't know how much to add of each for the end pH to equal 5.

Lemon's pH = 2

Honey's pH = 3

Baking soda's pH = 8

How much of each must I mix (mostly baking soda and lemon, only some honey) of each to equal a total pH of 5? I know there's a formula for it, but I don't understand it. I know that it's not just the average of the pH numbers, since that's not how H+ and OH- works.

Please teach me the formula or give me the amount of each ingredient to add for the complete mixture to equal a pH of 5. Thanks!

Well, I think I lose a lot of hair everyday unless I use conditioner. I'm really mad and jealous of my sister because she has a head FULL of hair! I wanna know how to grow hair on my head. 1) A girl that is lonely, has NO friends, and is shy. No really ever liked her no matter where she went.
