I have a Toshiba laptop and a couple years ago, in Internet Explorer, I was able to hear sound like from youtube. Then one day it stopped. So I use google Chrome for sound now. So It isn't my laptop since I can hear from Google Chrome.

A week or two ago there was a windows update that allowed the sound to work and I was excited but then I had to system restore my computer shortly after and I have lost sound again. The update was not before October 1st. I don't know what to do.

I'm looking for guidance, not "use Google Chrome" I need to use IE for other reasons because having two browsers open at once helps a lot when it comes to school and websites (at a degree that tabs can't considering some websites don't allow you to log in twice using the same browser)

An answer that fixes this will immediately become "best answer"

I'm 17 and I make some pretty good brownies but Im looking to give em a nice extra kick or so. I add coffee instead of water which really really really changed the entire outcome of the brownies for the better and used one jumbo egg, not two total eggs for a less cake-like texture.

I was hoping someone else out there has a nice little ingredient I could try to add so to further the taste. I also sprinkle sugar at the bottom of the pan to actually give them a sugary crust which I believe is delightful. I know you can add nuts but I'm looking for more of the not so obvious ideas.

When on steam it says play so i click on it. When i click it says its preparing to launch but it never does. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

When i tilted my 360 from horizontal to vertical my game got scratched up. the game now has a long scratch in a full circle. I tried to play the game after shutting the console off but it did not work.

Im wondering if i can fix it by using the paste method, hot water, or glasses cleaner to fix it up.

Theres this girl i liked. During the school year we talked a tiny bit until the end of the year, thats when we picked up how much we talked (we talked just about every opportunity we had). She was the one starting the conversations even when there was no reason to (i was too tentative to start the conversations) when i would talk with my one friend geo (or someone who was around us) while she was talking to him she would wait till i was done or in the middle of the conversation and she would start a conversation with me about something like what im doing over the summer or what she plans to do when shes older. i of course tried to keep talking to her. She was very natural towards everything but a couple of times she stumbled when talking to me (it wasn't alot it would be like not being able to find the word or not say it correctly and stumble a little ocasionally) every once in awhile i'd catch her looking at me but she would look away way to naturally for me to read her. But there were alot of hot/cold days. one time i did a harmless tease (it wasn't serious at all) and she just quit talking to me and continued what we were supposed to be doing or when i asked her to play hangman she simply said no while i tried to be friendly and have her play she shook her head no again, another time was when we were signing year book all she said was it was nice i was in her class and called me a name no one has the whole year (it being a nickname that i just haven't been called in awhile) or when i started talking to her and she saw something she would look at it and seem like we weren't even talking (me seeing that, figured im not just going to stand there and seem like a pathetic loser who would kiss @$$ because were at that age just, stopped in my tracks and said "whatever" under my breathe and walked over to my friends) and on a good day she would of course start the conversations which included talking about anything we started once when we were in the class room, she came over and sat next to a guy friend (I know theres no competition, just trust me there) and she said "hi" of course i smiled and said the same (it sounds just casual) but her friend said something to her and she tried to say a word and she looked at me for help (she knows ive got a damn good vocabulary compared to some of the others) she started the beginning looked at me as though i needed to save her from looking foolish and said "curtious" and she repeated, then we engaged into a conversation talking about our futures (she talked mostly i was to afraid of saying anything) we talked about what we were going to do over the summer (she asked me what i was going to do) and she told me that she wasn't doing anything over the summer. When we were in the assembly for graduation practice there were auditions for a choir, i told her she should go up there and eventually we got to the point where she said that if i go up she'll go up,i (being the total dumbass i am) said "no because i have a terrible voice" (which is true) and she just went up there got the spot and i was stuch watching her sing.

I think her friends knew i liked her because they caught me starring at her @$$ >.<. Her friend really got on me, saying that i liked her when there was no reason for her to say that.
