I'm looking for an old cartoon that my grandma had on VHS about a car that got sold to a junkyard, but then was fixed up and brand new. The car had eyes where the windshield would be. The age of the cartoon would have been somewhere around 1940-1960.

There was a rap song I listened to years ago with a white rapper wandering around the grocery store or something with two chicks and they were drinking Slurpees. The guy said something about taking their grandma's ride. Then the end of the song was the police busting into their apartment while they were smoking weed, but the cop was impressed by his bong and he went on a speech about how weed is going to be legalized.

It was some bumper music I heard a really long time ago, I could have sworn it was King Crimson. I believe it was just some light guitar playing, and a a hippy kind of dude was talking in the background saying stuff like "yeah it's really far out". It kind of sounded like it was in the city or something, and some weirdo guy was talking some nonsense.

Some guy stole a whole bunch of tools from me so I called the police. Just got this subpoena in the letter today.

So is this normal? I'm the victim of a crime and I must sit around for two weeks waiting for a one hour notice like I'm a part of some rapid response unit? I live like a half hour away, what the heck? I'm kind of upset about this, I want to call them and let them know how absurd this is. Am I not supposed to go to work or something?

It was some book about a teen girl who was a vegan, and her aunt brings back some necklace as a gift. But when the girl goes to sleep she has horrible nightmares about eating fried chicken, but when she awakens there's like blood and feathers all around her bed. Apparently she turns into some monster and feeds on animals.

I was on the USS Ronald Reagan for four years, in 2011 we all took pictures for a cruise book (kind of like a year book for the Navy).

I know this book exists, but for some reason I cannot find any information about where to buy it, or even view it. It's like it was scrubbed off the face of the world.

Any information would help. I've called multiple online stores that sell these books, and have reached out to civilian enthusiasts, but no one knows.

Sometimes when someone is writing an article, they sometimes use "see:"

For example:

"I was talking to a few journalists (see: highly paid hacks) and they told me...."

Is there a rule, or a name for this? An actual proper formatting? A see this a lot a don't know what it's called or where it came from.

Alright, so I bounce around a lot and use different computers in different areas. I'm currently keeping a running document to list things, and would like to open this document with ease no matter which computer I'm at.

Right now I'm using Yahoo Mail, because you can start a draft and it'll pretty much be saved. I can just sign into my mail and open drafts and right there is my document ready to be added to. I would like to move it to something more secure that I can just as easily open up and edit, because I'm worried about how much memory Yahoo email has, or if it'll limit the length of the document.

So basically are there any good word processors that will save a document online that I can log into with ease. I'm hoping it'll also allow me to change the size and color of text as well as italics and bold.

It was some dumb movie I ve seen years ago about a serial killer. The movie was narrated by the serial killer himself, about how careful he is and doesn t have a pattern. He does some stuff like kill he neighbor with poisoned eggs, kills some people in a movie theater and others. But he s really proud of the fact that he doesn t have a pattern, and therefor will not be caught. But then when he goes to kill another person, she s already been murdered and there s a message left. Another serial killer figured out his pattern. Then the movie ends with them out-planning each other and a gun fight in the woods.

I'll reframe my question since I got a lot of weird mixed answers on the last one I asked, that didn't answer my question.

Alright, so I'm colorblind. I can see some color, but I get a lot of them mixed up. With MS paint or any other program I can use the tool to select a certain pixel to get the RBG of a color. However I can not physically tell what color it is, it only gives me the number, F6BB06 for example. I can google that string, and it'll show the color, but that doesn't do me any good since I cannot identify a name to it. Is it blue, is it yellow, is it orange?

Don't think too much about the why of it, I'm just asking is there a website that will name the color if I provide the hex? Don't worry about how I got the RBG, just how I can get more information about it. Like I said I can google it, but it doesn't tell me what it is, it just shows it. I want it so it'll be like "that's orangish" or "that's pink/purple".

For some reason this question triggers the autists on this site into leaving stupid answers. All I want to know is how can I get a brochure from the Marines without getting harassed by recruiters? I know their website has a lot more information than a brochure does, this is NOT what I'm asking for. I want a BROCHURE, not to be called stupid because there's more information online. BROCHURE.

Can some nice person please tell me how can I get my hands on one? Do they keep them at the recruiter's office? Can I have one mailed to me? Are there places that they are left? Please do not answer about anything else unless it's how to get a BROCHURE for the Marines.

I have already served in the military years ago, so I know how much military recruiters can harass you. That's why I'm trying to get an information packet or a brochure for the Marines or Army without having to give a recruiter my information. It's for my younger cousin, and I don't really want him to get harassed either, just want an information packet or something. Is there a website that I can go to where I can get a complimentary one sent to me, or should I just pop into a recruiter's office and grab one?

I have applied to a technical school in another state. I filled out paperwork and applied, and I was going to use the GI Bill to go to this school. Now since it's in another state I'm not sure I'm going to be able to go, and classes start in a week.

Is it too late to cancel now, I'm worried when I send an Email to them explaining my situation they are going to flip out because I have personal affairs to take care of at home.

I can't remember really any details of the show or movie itself, just once scene. It was the final scene of the entire thing. The woman betrayed the main character, and in the last scene she was captured and about to have her head chopped off. But really quick she noticed the main character came back for her to save her and was undercover as one of the guys in the mask.

I don't know if it's just an issue with Twitter, but I've gone through two different browsers and a few screenshot addons to fix my problem. The issue is, when you click on a Twitter conversation, it opens in a floating window. So when I try to screenshot using "selection", and begin to scroll down, it'll scroll down on the background page and not the floating window. I'm trying to get it to scroll down on the floating window, but it just gives me a huge mess.

This question concerns a case I'm currently following about a man who allegedly struck at least six people with a deadly weapon at various times during a protest in California.

My question is, if this gentleman is convicted of these crimes and it's his first offense, could he still be hit with California's three strikes law since it was six separate assaults? It didn't all happen at once, and each individual assault happened at various times throughout the day.

I just noticed this today about certain brands of ice cream, that they do not have any certain type of anti-tampering measures. There are no plastic rings around the edges, and no plastic to rip off the top. Only certain brands are like this, but others do have anti-tamper measures.

It's usually just a cardboard box and the lid slides right off easily with no other protective layer. Before anyone tells me about their favorite brand of ice cream having a seal, please don't. YOUR brand probably does, but I've bought ice cream enough to know that the brand I buy does not and has not been tampered with. Just curious as to why it doesn't need the protection.

This just started today, but I had the Adblock app on my Ipad for Safari and it has been working without a flaw. All of a sudden today whenever I go to youtube.com to watch a video it pops up with a commercial first, and in the progress bar shows that it has like eight more commercials lined up for me to watch.

I think it might be an issue with Safari because I downloaded TWO more adblockers and have set them up in the content blocker section of Safari in settings. But, still, no amount of configuration or playing with the whitelist stops these intrusive commercials.
