2 AnswersFriends8 years agoDont wanna sleep because of dreams...?
When i do eventually sleep. I wake up soaking wet, from dreaming.
This happens every night! The only time i dont sweat, and sleep ok-ish is if i've been drinking.
This has got to the point that i'm drinking quite alot.
Im a single mother of 1 and 35 years old. This has been going on for a number of years. The drinking has got worse.
Thing is when i drink, it wakes me up. Hence being wide awake now. Only time it doesn't is if i'm stupidly drunk!
My son is 15 and sleeps out alot. Im disabled with walking difficulties so cant get out much. I've been decorating to keep me occupied as the alcohol, is a great pain killer. But not my any means a solution.
Yes been doctors but other health issues take presidence and never enough time to get to the problem :(

3 AnswersOther - Entertainment1 decade agoWhat was i smelling weds nite that woke me up?
The only way i can describe it,...
Is a chemical type smell with a fresh green smell.
By fresh green i mean Say a green plant shoot thats been snapped and full up sap.
The chemical part i cant explain except to say it was a really really strong smell.
It woke me up 3 times with each time smelling stronger, I had to cover my nose each time before falling back asleep.
It's really bothering me. Any ideas??
3 AnswersOther - Health & Beauty1 decade agoHas anyone experienced sleep paralysis and also dream so vivid you can remember it for hrs/days?
The sleep paralysis has not happened for a long while now and am glad. As it's pretty scary. It only ever happened if i was taking an afternoon nap and would wake when knew it was close to picking up my son for school Say an hr oso before. I'd have to fall back to sleep to get out of it.
But from them times i have the most vivid dreams. Could be anything from daily things to most bizarre things that so dont relate to my life at all. Though most of the people i know will be in them at some point!.
Has anyone experienced this type of thing? How do you overcome the dreams? Alcohol, does not help.....in the long run, but does at the time because it for some reason keeps me from deep sleep . Which is when i'll dream and wake soaking wet. 5/6 times a wk.
5 AnswersPsychology1 decade agoSerious advise please?
Really don't know what to do for the best! Part of me does but not 100%
7 yrs ago i went to by a cocker spaniel pup. The assistant held a girl, my dad held a boy and i had a girl who was clearly the runt of the litter since the other 2 were twice the size. Picture it, your trying to decide which one, and should really choose one of the clearly healthier looking two, but the had looks as if to say 'here we go again' lol the one i held was snuggling in to my neck. She won me over! still to this day will give cuddles' lol. I will say, she's THE best investment i've ever made. So worth every penny and then some.
For along while now, at least 5-6yrs she suffered from what the vets can only say must be allergys. Constant scratching, biting, chewing to the point that some of her fur has gone. Shes had op's on both here ears (3 times) both ear canals gone cuz it was initionally thought it was her ears. Clearly not!
They dont know what it is Had all tests to find an answer but say she'll be on meds all here life, i.e steriods and occassionally anti-biotics.
These help a little, stops her being to down. Thing is, she's suffering so much with it!!
Seriously really suffering. I feel so sorry for her. I have her on Arden grange food and her treats are of the same ingredients, never give her anything else in case it makes it worse.
My question is...what do i do? It's been mentioned about putting her down because it is that bad i know its wrong to allow her to suffer so much, but i love her so deeply that im not sure i can do it!!
Most of the time she's lively and fine but it's also very obvious shes suffering, and off the steriods she's very, well depressed. It is a constant irritation not just now and then.
Please help. I'm torn on whats best to do!!
Thanks
4 AnswersDogs1 decade agoMy cats gone and he's never been outside.. :(?
My kitten is about 6 months and ready to go outside but was recommended to wait till after his neuturing in a couple wks time and i was going to get him chipped then. He's got out tonight although it wasn't noticed what with the dogs coming in and out! i know he's been hanging around the front door more than usual and figured there might be a female he can smell but im almost sure it was through the back he must of got out. Been everywhere calling and am really worried as this'll be his first time. Never had experience with cats and know all the things that could happen. How long do i wait till its time to really worry? its been all night now.
