Hey guys. First off i want to say i'm not trying to come across cocky or "full of it" but..

I go to this gym at my rec center and the problem is that i'm already doing the max weight the machines provide. for example i've been able to do the max for bicep curl (190 plus another max 15 pound increment) making 205 pounds for the past 5 months.

My friend says that at golds gym they have basically the "machines without the machine"meaning they have the chest presses, bicep curlers etc (i can't freaking remember the name of other machines) but they use plates that can be added on rather than preset weight. does that make sense?

My question is what should my alternative be, and a side question is 24 hour fitness any good or is it just all machines? I'd like some heads up guys. I'm 17 and turn 18 within a few weeks, i'll be able to sign a contract soon.

I know my question is hella long but I was looking for some "smart" peoples opinions as i'm not exactly with the best decision making crowd.

Before i continue with my question, i have to tell you my story about this. A long time ago in school (i live in u.s.a. and am pakistani) a kid called me terrorist over and over. My three years at this school about 15 of these kids kept calling my terrorist, jihadist, etc. It drove me mad, it's not like i'm a nerd, i even play football! I also got suspended when i fought a kid calling me terrorist..The first kid though, I heard him once saying that he went to Dubai and how great it was, and all that kind of stuff. First thought that came to my mind was hyprocrite! you call me a terrorist then go to arab countries.

Point being..made me think how so many westerners hate muslim countries but they are perfectly okay with UAE. It actually makes me so furious, i don't know how to explain it. So United Arab Emirates is hands down the number one place, excluding Israel, that westerners go to.

Could someone tell me WHY westeners are so open minded and positive towards UAE and not the rest of the muslim world??? IT FURIATES ME!!!!!!!!! Makes me wanna kick all the hypocrites outta the country!!!!

please answer i'm dying here. am i just emotionally scared from this verbal abuse? I go on lots of forums that are anti-islamic with "liberalists" or whatever... and i guess it just hurts me..you know?

Why do you hindus hate us pakistanis? Are we not the same race? Do we not share our culture? Yet some go as far to stating they get angry when they are grouped with Pakistanis. What is the deal, do hindus hate pakistanis?

Guys it's sorta long, but please read and answer:

Okay, I'm 15 and i think she's about 30. I don't wanna give too much of my personal info away, just in case someone in my family happens to sees this (i know it is prob not gonna happen). Anyways i am of "indian decent"(COUNTRY INDIA NOT NATIVE AMERICAN), but i was born in America. My uncle's wife is so beautiful, i can't desribe it. She is lighter skinned than most people of "Indian decent", and she looks almost Latin. You could sort of desribe her as a mix between Ashwirya Rai and Eva Mendes. Anyways i feel very uncomfortable around her, but she is always so calm. But like she's very open with me, talks about probelms with my uncle when he is gone and stuff, or when i'm sleeping over (my cousin is 13, and sorta obsessed with me). Okay so today was Eid, a religious holiday for muslims, and i was wearing this shalvaar kameez. I'm sorry for all the explaining, but shalvaar kameez is south asian attire (like india and pakistan). When i came over to her house, and i turned around to take some curry and stuff from the tables i saw her starring at my *private ,, area..* She always tries to hug me as much as possible, and sometimes a side hug but like today it was one of those full on front hugs. Makes me feel very awkward, i don't blush just i feel strange. I've also caught her looking at that area a couple times before. One time a couple monthes ago at my other uncle's wedding we had this after party thing. It was sort of a weird wedding cause my muslim uncle married a catholic lady, but there was lots of alchohol there. Anyways my uncle was outta sight and my cousin i was talking to was on the dance floor (i told you it was a wierd wedding, lol). But back to the point i was wearing a tux and she came up to me and hugged me really tight and said i looked very handsome and gave me a kiss on my cheek. Okay that is when i blushed but it was sorta dimmed so i don't think she noticed. I don't know what the hell to do. I SWEAR TO GOD i'm not making this up!! PLEASE people give me a decent responce, i'm begging you guys, i'm confused and i don't know who or where to go to. PLEASE help me.

So that is my story, so i guess my question would be what do i DO!? Do i give her signs back?? Do i tell someone? Do i ignore it?
