The hacker changed all the passwords and is now using my son's email accounts to send HIV drug spam. My son was a TYPE I diabetic that died from complications caused by the pneuomnia virus. In case you are unfamiliar with the terms, my son died because fo the lungs...not the penis!

My son died 11-23-08 and I started getting spam mail from his account this month. I am so heartbroken, I cannot describe! Please help me.

I am filing bancruptcy for high medical bills and my lawyer needs a list of creditors from when I had first started going into debt. I don't remember all the hospitals and doctors and some of the ones I do remember are not on the credit reports. How do I find them from that long ago?

Tuesday evening, I suffered a mild heart attack (pain in left upper chest radiating down arm and leg, breathless, dizziness and nausea). I say mild because I did not pass out or flop around on the ground. I cannot afford medical treatment so I want to treat this at home with home remedies, plus I do not want any family members to know. I know aspirin is one and I took one immediately during the attack and have taken one every morning after. The pain in the left chest has not gone away yet and I am still breathless and fatigued with physical activity but the pains in my arm and leg have subsided and the nausea is gone. I have a lot of things to do this week and need to start feeling better. What are some home remedies besides aspirin that will relieve the symptoms?

What prevents us from impeaching the leaders we elect that don't do their job or do it so horribly that it takes years to recover?

I tried the online search and get blogs with no specifics, charter schools that appear to be the same school with different names, or no results. I went to the hsdla website and only found one listing. I guess I am just not entering the correct words if there is more than that.

Any suggestions?

I have only ONE reason not to homeschool.

I have 2 high school age children that have been requesting homeschool for the past two years. Now it has become a VERY serious request. (Morals are the main reason and boredom a close second plus a dozen or more legit minor reasons).

I have only 2-3 days off from work each month and I work 2nd shift. Needless to say, I do not see much of my kids. I sometimes have a 12-hour/day for weeks at a time, so I will not be able to devote much time into their education.

Both of my children are extremely intelligent, self-motivated, and already get straight A's in public high school. They are both sophmores. I have told them I would seriously look into this and would let them know by the end of the semester.

I talked with the guidance counselor at their school and she is against it. She explained that in her experience kids don't perform as well without supervision and it will affect qualifications for scholarships.

I have been reading alot of different questions and answers from people claiming they believe the bible as a record of facts and in the very next statement contradict themselves. I have read the entire bible from cover to cover a few times and some things in it are very specific, yet appears to not be of any importance, such as how to pray and what to pray for.

Teens were left unsupervised, one got keys to the facility and let everyone out of their rooms and a riot broke out. The cover up of the facility being at fault (for not providing supervision or a secured environment) resulted in the youths being charged with felonies for the incident. What basis do they have to charge these youths, who clearly were determined (prior to the incident) to have mental and behaviorial problems? When left unsupervised a riot broke out. Teens ages range from 12 to 17 and all were incarcerated for being deliquent and having special mental and behavioral needs.

The facility failed and now the youths must pay? I don't understand.

I have been getting the run around trying to file a child support order, however, I just had the idea of taking the medical bills for my child to small claims court instead and just wanted to know if it can be done successfully and in which state, where I live or where the father lives.

Does this mean I can take the same case (with more proof)back to court?

What do I do to get child support from my ex-husband.

Divorced July 1995, Illinois. Very violent man. No-show divorce judgement, also meant child support not decided. Left it open.

Moved to Wisconsin. Son in hospital for diabetes, no insurance, applied to public aid to help with medical costs. They said had "good cause" not to pursue father for child support (1997).

Got a job with insurance. No more state aid. Years later (today) job cuts pay, cost of living goes up. I go to Wisconsin child support agency to file for an order to get child support. They say go through Illiniois. Illinois says, not a resident, go through Wisconsin.

Have no funds for an attorney. Son's medical expenses each year are more than my annual salary (that's with insurance!) but I make just over the income limit for assistance. Now kids want college in the near future.

Any suggestions?

I know this has been asked but I have not seen an answer that really answers this. I almost fell over at the grocery store when I made my purchases. I buy the exact same things and this week my usual $80 turned into $110.

It took my over 10 years with specialized training to go from $3.35/hour to $7.00/hour. Now these kids fresh out of school make almost that? 2 months ago the company I work for DECREASED maximum pay to cover the new hire wage increase. Does that make sense? I can't go any higher?

My budget was already in the red zone due to the fuel hike. (rob Peter to pay Paul kind of thing). If I didn't need internet for work, I would drop that too!

Even my kids noticed 2 years ago we had money, now we don't. My daughter actually asked me if I had a drug or gambling problem! She didn't understand how we went from doing okay to broke all the time. I showed her my check and the bills and yesterdays receipts. "Wow" she said "how did that happen?" You tell me!

Computer will not allow access to anything that would allow me to change any settings whatsoever.

Is there a way that I can wipe everything out including the virus and install the system restore kit? I am short on cash and this stupid auto run pop up is driving me crazy, not to mention I am locked out of changing any settings.

I can't access sytem restore so I can't shut it off. I can't access tools so I can't use them. I have no control panel so I can't uninstall.

Does that mean I have to take it in or is there still a way for me to do it. I know just a little bit about computers. (one hair over just turning it on).
