I am like not flexible at all… but its been my dream to get involved in dance and cheer and stuff that requires flexibility. I want to try out for Poms next year and I was wondering if there was any way that I could get like REALLY flexible if I practice everyday for the next 7 months. But Im not sure how long. If anyone could recommend a video for daily exercise I could do or simple guidelines that'd be great! I really need simple stretches to do daily! Please help!

Btw I have already been doing some leg stretches by siting down and reaching for my foot or doing it standing up. I've also been doing bridges for my back, but I need more help! Also if someone could help me find a video to learn the basic steps of ballet, like a pirouette. Thanks!

So I'm doing a photography project where I pose as a character from a book. I chose Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. I need symbols so I'm thinking a deck of cards and a red/white rose. Anyway, I was having trouble thinking of a costume. I wanted something that I could wear to school, something that's casual but still Wonderland like, I'd prefer a dress. Please help! List maybe a certain dress I could wear and where to get it or a basic outfit I might already have! Please!
