im going to cut it choppy on the top again if i get extensions but until then i dont want short choppy hair so it will stay like this.

i am just limited so that i cant do things that could hurt my liver or spleen.

i cant drive anymore.

and my two best friends are on vacation. i live in a lil town without much going on.

okay so im not overweight

i just want to tone up for summer like all people do

so does anyone now any workout technquies or any tips to get toned up or lose 3 pounds in 2 to 4 weeks?

i was diagnosed with addisons disease and my skin color is very pale now.

my natural color is dark blonde

and i have dyed it many times

i just recently dyed it dark brown with black underneath and a blonde streak on the bottom but i have noticed i look very pale.

any suggestions?
