We are having baby girl number two in a few weeks and I am nervous as to how things will go at the hospital and when we get home too of course. I just wanted some advice on things I could do at the hospital for my 4 yr old to make her feel better and how to help her not feel as jealous (as I am guessing she will feel.)

I have been a stay at home mom with her and she has always been very close with me. I just enrolled her in preschool over the summer because I just started college. I figured that would also be a great way for her to get use to being without me for a few hours here and there. I am just wondering what else I can do and what kind of reaction I might get from my 4 yr old? Any advice or stories you have would be great help! Thanks:)

Lets say you put all of your hardest effort into a class.You did all of your homework and showed up everday but you feel like you just aren't good at the specific subject.What was the final grade you recieved in the class?

I am just curious because I am a new Freshman and I have English comp 1 right now.I love to read and thought I would be good at writing but I feel like I am doing horrible at writing my essays and we have 4 essays to write in a 5 week period!

I just had my ultrasound done (I am 5 months pregnant)and found out that I have this and I am scared.I wanted to know about anyone elses story with this.I cannot see my Dr until july 1st,so I just needed some feedback on the condition.Thanks;)

I even use to work at this daycare but I find it so hard to leave when my 3 yr old clings to my leg and cries.

I didn't want to just sneak out and have her not trust me but she won't go play and I don't know what to do.

I can't think of any good girl names because I went with my favorite name for a girl with our first born(Alyssa)

My husband is joining the military and we'll probably have to move out of state.My parents are both acting so immature and rude about it.

My mom was a bad alcoholic until about 5 years ago and she is saying she can't believe I am taking her grandchild away and she feels like she needs a drink~ "if that makes me feel better?" Those were her words!

My dad is always verbally abusive and he says he is going to move with us because we are his life and he wouldn't be able to live without us.He also says,"What will we do if he dies while he is all alone,how will we know?!"He acts as though we are so close when he is always hurtful to me.

They are trying to give me these guilt trips and I just don't know what to say to them anymore!

My family is so dysfunctional, I don't want to stay near them.

Seriously how can you tell your family you want to be away from them because they are so negative?

I just don't know how to handle this~

I am 4 months pregnant.I had some light bleeding only once last wednesday.I have had no more bleeding but yesterday I had really bad cramping(no diahrea) for an hour.I had a lot of cramping in the beginning of my pregnancy but I thought it could be just my constipation.

I called the Dr and he said if I am not bleeding or vomiting I should be OK.I never experienced these things with my first child.I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what it could be?It doesn't seem like it is just nothing.Thank you;)

I just read on Yahoo news that Germany made environmentally friendly bombs.

I think that is nice that there won't be toxic gases and all but really isn't more wise to spend money on more important things then explosive devices?

I am almost 4 months pregnant and I had a little blood when I wiped after I urinated this morning.It hasn't happened again.

My husband and I have lived in Ohio all of our lives and he is hoping to join the military soon.We want to be in a different state because we have always wanted to see other places.

It really is a great opportunity for us and our children.

When I told my parents they are mad that we are taking their grandchild (soon to be grandchildren) away.

The really ironic thing is my mom left me when I was little and she got remarried (to another man) and they left the entire country!

I would be so happy for my child to get to travel and I wouldn't do the guilt trips to her!Why do parents feel the need to try to control and not be happy for their children?!

I am only 26 but both sides of my family have knee troubles.My grandma actually just had surgery on hers.

I few weeks ago my knee starting really bothering me when I get down on it.But only when I get down on it,I don't feel anything until I am on my knee.I have never done sports but I have always crawled around on the floor with kids because I worked with them and I also have a 3 yr old.I know I should see a Dr but I am just wondering if anyone knows about knee trouble?Thanks!;)

I was out with my 3 yr old daughter and my dad today.He is very overbearing and likes to control everything,he never likes for me to have an opinion about anything!Just to give you that info first off.

What happened is my daughter has had a cold for a long time now but her medicine is starting to help her finally~I was giving her some before we went out to eat but she wouldn't listen to me~After a couple of tries of talking to her about how it will make her better~She still didn't listen, so I said we couldn't go for lunch if she wasn't listening~I don't believe in hitting or yelling at my child(I do the time outs only)~ I believe at 3 1/2 she knows to listen to me~my dad said that that is not right to take away an activity!

I worked in child care (with 3-4 yr olds)for over a year and took classes for dealing with difficulties with children.

I just wanted advice on how you would have dealt with this situation please?Thank You very much

I am attending an old friends Bachelorette party and it is my first time going to one of these.I am not comfortable buying some kind of sexy gift like you hear that you are supposed to get women at these parties.Maybe I am strange but I wouldn't want girls buying me sexy clothes that I will be wearing for my hubby in the bedroom~LOL

What is cool but not "sexy" to buy for a bride to be?
