my mom cooks everything, and this is my only solution to a kinda my diet

i dont do sodas anymore or juices or i dont even eat any snacks or once awhile i eat chocolate but not much and i cut out all junk food

i wanna lose 70 lbs by the end of this year

i feel so fat and hopless

im 250lbs and 188cm in height and a 43'' inch waist

i feel so fat and my life is going no where

could i lose all it by the end of this year ?

also when i do jog i dont sweat much only alittle but i jog for like a 1hr - 2hrs

why is that ? my feet kills me to,

also when it is good time to 'burn' someone

i finally get a job and its a really boring & easy hard work lol its stocking pvc and some iron but it paying 800$ every forth night (2weeks) so its technically 400$ weekly

but my uncle say that is hard labor n robbery but they say they cloud get a work in offloading stuff (like sofas tv's n stuff) for 600$ for the least a week what should i do? i thinking 2 do d wuk for about 2months then go in and do the offloading job

i desperately need money right now, and some work experience

i failed high school, so im do want to repeat back, i really think it will keep me back, but im also planning to get by my subjects at high school before i reach 30 (hopefully)

i was never the bookworm (i get alot of trouble focusing on stuff, i could read and stuff but its like my mind is on a race most of the times)

i really want 2 work i will get money & not waste time & my family strongly want me to get a job

i failed high school and i have nothing im also 18

then i wanted to lose weight about 65lbs to be precise and its past a year now i set that goal and im still fat (im 188cm)

and i said to my self i would learn to play guitar but i have no teachers to teach me

and i found a job but i feel embarrass to work altho its a good job i get 1 day off anytime and i get 130$ a day but it is a gas station attendant i feel embarrassed if someone i know saw me in that kind of degrading job but its all i can do at this moment

ive also live with a vocally abusive father

and then i dont have anyone to love i know it spunds corny but i want a girlfirend to share my emotions and feelings and everything but i feel so alone and empty

and its kinda hard to get a girlfriend

list some items u cant live without

mines are my acoustic guitar, ipod, friends stuff like that

im a first time player

also how come barely people knows about this show

it has tons of great guest stars

it is very funny

and people dont know about it

i have a 2x 5lbs and 2x 10lbs how many to use/ should i shift them when i work out in between

also what workouts too make my left chest bigger (its kind of flabby) i was thinkin left handed push ups

my uncle molested me when i was young and since then i was confused about everything especially about sex

so one day when i was about 13 i kind of molested a girl who was bout 5 i think

we didnt have real sex or kissing or any of that

i put her on top of my crotch (we were fully clothed) and she was in top 'grinding' it only happen once

i was still 13 and not to long ago i was molest or going through with the effects of being molested and i was young and very stupid

i only want nothing for the best for that girl and i help her out in anyway i can

and i regret everyday for doing that to her it was 60% my fault and 40% of my uncle molesting me to making me do that to her, but i cant blame my uncle for everything

i know whats its like to be molested i hope she dosent go through wat i ent through

should i tell her mom or turn myself in the police i feel very guilty for what ive done

that person molested me when i was about 9 i think but as far as i can remember

i got over it the whole depression suicidal stuff

his life is turning upside down im feeling alittle sorry for him (he has a fat bald wife, struggling to find jobs, and he is getting fatter by the day (he use to look alot like scott stapp in his younger days)

i gone through my childhood in pain and confusion all because of him and my abusive father

but over the years he trys to be-friend me i talk 2 him but rarely

he's nice n everything he give me food most of the time

hes been very nice should i forgive him

also i did a number for stupid things because of him (the molesting side effects )

i want to 'blow up' a picture and frame it but i dont like the background i think it ruins it

the person said i stole his girl, (im not even aware i talk to much girls only people i actually know)

and he writes alot of bad stuff in peoples walls some of which are my family members (that person crossed the line)

im furious & im very serious in not letting one know my password, i have alot of personal messages i dont want anyone to see, and some 'local celebrities' who took forever to add me

i dont wanna deactivate my profile because it has so much stuff/tagg pics in it

and i dont have a cell phone to keep in touch with old friends and it took awhile to find them

should i change my password (i think the person will still hack in)

what should i do stay off facebook completely or should make a new profile

everyone has these cool cell phones with all these cool features

i want one, i know i'll have 2 save my money for it

but i want a ipod too cuz i love music and i have alot a cell phone cant hold
