  • Question about UNIONS and bargaining...?

I am a bargaining member of a Union. We voted on who our representatives would be to do our negotiating. After the first set of demands, the company came back with "0, 1.5 and 2.5" pecent raises. Our negotiators for some reason, came back with "0,0,0" with a request that we have permanent shifts........NOW THE QUESTION is, they did this without holding another meeting with the bargaining members and our suggestions. Can they do this or does anyone have any suggestions on how to best handle this?

    Thank you in advance

  • i have an wiring/electrical?

i had to move an outlet over do to an issue with some cabinets im installing. i did this with no problem, but then i decided to change my light switch too, which is where i ran into an issue. the old light switch had two switches (one for the garage and one for an overhead light in the kitchen). this light switch also had a little light on it that was wired so if the garage light was on, this light would be on. this light isn't necessary. i have a yellow, orange, black and white wire coming in to the switch junction. i have a black and a white leaving for the outlet which is at the end of the circuit. how do i wire my new switch so that the outlet is always running and the switches work with the light and the garage separately. what kind of switch do i need to buy to do this?
