I have a final tomorrow and for the past week when I should be studying I surf the internet, go to the gym, talk on the phone, do anything except study. Now my final is tomorrow and another the day after and I still can't concentrate. How can I get down to business and not be distracted? Any good tips?

Is something wrong with my freezer? Should I adjust the temperature?

I don't like to work out to rock and I need something really energetic. Something thats when I listen to it I immediately want to do sit ups. I prefer dance, electronic, house, hip-hop, or even some latin, jazz or french music. Please no top forty pop stuff because I already have it (Rihanna, Beyonce, Gwen Stefani etc.) I want some stuff I have never heard before. Really energetic!

I took a sex ed course in college and my teacher said that many women have said that they could ejaculate but it hasn't been proven in any laboratory tests. I was put on Seroquel or anxiety and depression. They don't want me to take normal anxiety depression meds because I have a family history of bi-polar disorder and they said those meds can cause mania. Plus, I have trouble sleeping at night and the seroquel helps. At first I was on 25 mg then they bumped me up to 100mg. I feel tired all the time, sleep all day, can't wake up, and feel even more depressed then before I started taking it a week ago. I called my psychiatrist and told her and she just bumped me up to 100 mg. People that know me but don't know that I started seroquel say that I am acting different, acting like a zombie and asking me if I am ok. I want to at least give seroquel a chance, I have only been on it a week. Can anyone else tell me about how seroquel works for them? Side effects? Any other meds work better? When did you start to feel better? Thanks!

Especially in the religion section. Some christian asks a question about whether atheists fear the afterlife. I respond that you can't fear something you don't believe in. For example, I don't fear monsters because I don't believe they exist. I looked at the best answer and it was something that a christian said about judgement day or whatever... wasn't the question for atheists? People are so ignorant! Why can't people just understand that not everyone has to believe in god and not everyone has to believe in an afterlife and no I am not afraid of some fictional place that NO ONE has ever seen or come back from! Believing in an afterlife is like believing in UFO's except we have a lot more evidence for UFO's! So seriously, what is the point of asking a question if your mind is already made up? To make yourself feel better? To sleep better at night? To have all your ignorant friends make you feel better? Please tell me...

I'm sure I could look this up myself but I'm lazy... some questions don't seem to be offensive to me. Do some people report crazy and so they are deleted automatically before people see they are not that bad? Also, if someone reports my answer or my question would I be notified? ok, I am just wondering. I am in college and I see guys sleeping around all over the place. then you have priests raping and elliot spitzer prostituting so as an experiment i asked guys if they are faithful and they all said no... I am sooo traditional. I don't like porn, I think its gross and degrading towards women. I am totally faithful. Is is too much to want a guy who is the same? I hear stuff about how guys can't be monogamous because its not in their DNA or goes back to cavemen times or whatever but I just refuse to believe that women have more self control, morals, whatever it takes to be faithful. To make matters worse, I am an atheist. So I have these great Christian values and wonder if I will ever find someone with my morals, values, and non-beliefs... what do you think?

I love him and can't imagine being with anyone else... he makes me happy and understands me and makes me laugh and now he is back to his old self... but he still hangs out with his heroin friends.... there is a part of me that is afraid to give up on him because I don't want him to overdose and die. I know, I know, I can't save him, I can't control his actions... but for some reason, I'm afraid to let go. There is something so sad about me leaving after he kicked the habit, this is what I have been waiting for... but it was a mental breakdown to find out that he had a drug problem and I don't think I could go through that again. It sounds so simple to say to leave him alone, but I just can't. Anyone gone through this and know what I'm talking about? How can I leave when I still love him? How do I stop caring?
