this is a serious question and unless you can explain both sides (up/down, plays a role/no role in it) I'm going to assume you either blindly support or blindly oppose obama.

personally, I don't think a lot of people understand this and want to blame who they don't like.

it's terms like "affirmative action president" and the like, that warrant the accusation, and you get the accusation thrown back at you for calling them out on it.

that being said. since herman cain is popular lately- if he won the presidential election, would you not think it racist if libs said the same thing?

would you still believe it to not be racist for people to say that the man became president simply because he's black?

when the money ends up in the hands of the consumers who are going to spend most, if not all of it?

why protect the wealthiest, who aren't putting the money to use, so much?

but they don't like that some of the tax money goes to people who are simply lazy.

now, cons think this is a believe they hold, but it is in fact a problem nearly everyone notices.

my question is, why can't more conservatives see that the problem isn't the programs, but how they're run and easily manipulated? whenever I bring this up people seem to have a problem with it.

if a minority applies for a job they're guaranteed to get it?

used long-form birth certificates to prove eligibility?

is this only an issue because "birthers" want it to be?

why is every life he creates a non-believer?

people complain about taxes, which are monetarily highest on the rich.

how it affects jobs, well that depends on who you ask. a lot of people will say rich people hire and won't want to because of hire taxes, but it's been proven to not be the case. people have been losing jobs the past few years or so.

people who spend should get cuts. middle/lower class people spend their money out of necessity.

personally I don't care if anyone gets cuts, I just think if they are given it should be focused on those keeping places in business so they don't have to fire people and eventually close down.

I don't think there are any liberals who actually have that mentality.

my question is: what about CNN? nothing was mentioned when I looked that up about being biased. why do people feel they need a biased network? simply because it validates their views?

stuff like "you're mooching off of my hard work" and other other similar complaints. I read it a lot here and it makes me mad every time. do people not realize that it's EVERYONE's taxes that pay for these things? what kind of ego must someone have to think that they alone pay for everything the people in the country recieve?

conservatives like to call liberals selfish and controlling even when a lot of them are:

pro choice, but wouldn't abort

pro gay marriage, but not gay

pro government assistance, but don't receive any

sounds to me they're pro allowing others to have these things even if they will never benefit from it.

QUESTION: Is that selfish?

what do cons want? to not pay taxes, or at least pay less. to not allow the government to take care of what's needed, simply because SOME of the money comes from their checks. now THAT sounds like a selfish act to me.

why are people becoming more repulsive every day? so you have views and others differ, does that mean you should throw decency out the window? I know, it's fun for some people to be jerks, but sometimes it's hard to tell who's joking and who is genuinely monstrous.

that if these companies making them really cared about the environment they should trade people for their old cars and recycle them to make new hybrids? I know it wouldn't be as profitable, but it would probably get more people to drive hybrid cars. it would also show their love for the environment, not money.
