Poll! What would you do if your gf turned out your gf turned out to be a boy?
I was always scared of this happening with all those transgender craze going around. What would you do if your girlfriend or boyfriend told you one day that they are transgender? Would you dump 'em or stay?
4 AnswersPolls & Surveys6 years agoPoll! Guess who did this?
I saw this warning sign typed and posted in the cafeteria wall of where I work. It was near a big machine thing and it said:
"Please
No one is to be coming to here.
Not touch machine please.
Thank you"
So then I wondered what the person who typed this message looks like and I remember the different ethnic people in the main office. Latinos, African-Americans, White, Albanians.. Who do you think did it?
2 AnswersPolls & Surveys6 years agoWhat is your idea of a perfect president?
We all have one and no matter how many candidates come, we never seem to find the right one. So what do you think would be the perfect president?
Mine would be the president who doesn't pick a side. Not republican or democrat. So we would still have religious freedom but also same sex marriages. We would have an overhaul in the immigration system but also a path to citizenship with a hefty fine and a strict process. English will be a mandatory language to know. Abortion would be illegal. And police would be forced to take annual psychological evaluations and weekly drug tests.
I guess it's mainly because I think republicans have a few good points about the government not using common to solve our problems. But if we were all republican, we would look like arrogant homophobes just like if we were all democrats, we would look like ignorant pushovers. But I still agree with a few points like about gay marriage and defending American diversity.
Anyone else?
5 AnswersPolitics6 years agoThat old house smell...?
I just moved into a really old house and I'm trying to find a proper way to battle this terrible smell coming from the kitchen cabinets. There's nothing inside but I can tell they are very old! I want to change them but for now; I just need something in the mean time to make it more tolerable. What can fight off the smell of old and rotting wood? It's not a BIG kitchen an the cabinets aren't huge or anything so I'm hoping it'll be easy.
3 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs7 years agoPutting PSOne classics back on PSP.?
I bought RE 3 Nemesis from the PSN network and made a backup file of this on the PC. I then deleted it off my PSP and tried putting it back and it won't let me play it! It says "copyright Error" why can't I use it if I'm using the same PSP that made the download in the first place? Oh and if you know, how many times can I redownload it on my PSP so I can undo the damage?
2 AnswersVideo & Online Games10 years agoOpinion on old story (1st part)?
This is little part of a short story I wrote a few years back entitled: Orphan (No affiliation with The Orphan movie)
The sun was finally about to set on what seemed like a perfect day. Waves were splashing against the dark rocks and the sky was colored in a form of orange. The little girl stretched out her hand so that she could feel the cool ocean below her. "It's so beautiful." she said to herself. Suddenly she began to hear light footsteps coming from behind her, they sounded far too light to be from a man, the little girl thought to herself. Her hunch was correct, it was a young red-headed woman(more than
likely in her early twenties) The woman walked up closely and bent down so that she could touch the girl's shoulder. She felt the little girl's soft blonde hair tickle her nose. "You like looking at the ocean?" she asked. The little girl smiled at the woman sweetly. "It's one of my favorite things to look at, do you want to watch it with me?" The woman stared at her for a brief moment. "It's getting a little late now, maybe you should head home." The little girl sat back away from therocks. "Home..." she whispered. She then turned back and faced the woman again, this time her smile began to fade. "I don't have one.""Huh?" "I don't have a home, or even a family." The little girl swallowed something in her throat. The woman started to realize that she should have never said that to the girl. "There's an orphanage that's not very far from here, if you want, I could take you there. I'm sure that there's someone who might be able to help you." At an instant she began to think that she might be making things worse, she certainly hoped not. With a sudden burst of optimisim-the girl got up and hugged the stranger. The woman felt relieved, almost obligated to do such an act of charity. Everything seemed to be shaping up for the girl. The orphanage decided to keep her, and now she has a home to go to. She also wanted to stay in touch with the woman who saved her, and within time they became friends. One day the woman decided to pay a visit to the orphanage after work. She drove back to the same route, waved 'hello' to the same people around her neighborhood. As she passed through the highway, she began to smell smoke in the air of the metropolitan area. A large cloud covered half of the city and seemed almost endless. Horrible thoughts rushed into the woman's mind. "What if it's the girl?! What if she's in trouble?!" She hit the gas extremely hard like a police car in a high-speed chase. She didn't care or even paid attention to all the redlights she was passing. As soon as she approached the scene, her face twisted in horror to see the orphanage being burned to ashes. "Oh my God, what have I done?!" she yelled. "I should have never taken her there! I should have left things the way they were!" she cried loudly and buried her mouth in her hands. Suddenly she woke up! She was safe, covered warmly in her bed. It was just a dream. As she got out of bed-she caught sight of the calendar. By god! It was dated months before the incident, could it be wrong? She looked at the time, it read 3:15 p.m., the same time she went to the beach and met the girl! She tried to do the exact same thing and went to the beach. There she was, an innocent blonde haired little girl reaching over the rocks trying to touch the water. She ran as fast as she could to her. The little girl turned around and smiled sweetly, the same as she did in the dream. As she was trying to catch her breath, the woman tried to speak. "Are you....(breathes loudly)..homeless?!" Then the little girl's smile left her face. "Homeless? I'm not homeless. I'm here on vacation with my Mommy and Daddy." The woman began to laugh, she started thinking that this was just some crazy coincidence. Boy, was her face red!
Sorry about the spacing thing. Opinions are welcome and remember, this is old! Don't mind it if something seems a wee bit out of place. I submitted it in Storiesville.com when I was using my original account before I lost the info. I think it was when I was still in high school. Anyway, I always wanted to see if it still holds a candle to other people. So that said, just me give me some opinions on it besides the obvious, "Hey it's all one big paragraph!" thing. I couldn't do anything about that. This is just a part of the short story.
1 AnswerBooks & Authors1 decade agoHelp with dream interpretation, please!?
I don't usually ask about this sort of thing since I'm not one to believe that dreams have meanings, but I thought I might as well give it a shot. This one however, has been bugging me like crazy! I had this dream where I was in my apartment and every second that night would fall, this bizarre transparent fish would appear out of no where and fly through the walls while it was floating upside down and facing sideways to the left. I mean, really the thing was upside down and flying towards the basement sideways! One of my brothers was sleeping down there and after the fish flew down there, I would see him come floating back up the stairs while he was sleeping and land safely on my mom and dad's bed. This repeated like 5 times and I still kept getting freaked out by it. I thought of trying to wake me brother up while he was floating but then I got too scared to actually do it.
So if dreams really DO have a meaning, what the heck was this one trying to tell me?

1 AnswerSingles & Dating1 decade agoWhat did you think of Terminator Salvation?
Anyone saw the movie yet? I didn't but I want to this weekend, but before I do, I want to know if it's worth checking out. I saw the other movies and hated part 3, so I'm a little skeptical about it. Still a big fan of the franchise!

5 AnswersMental Health1 decade agoIs it right to leave a bullied fat girl alone?
There was this fat girl in school last week that was getting picked on by two guys I don't know. They making fun of her size, calling her a bunch of other names and when they left, she was crying her little eyes out. I did feel really bad for her but I kinda just kept walking by and left that alone. Even now I keep feeling bad about that, what should I do?
