I'm on my period, I use a mixture if pads and tampons, the pads are scented and the tampons are just normal. Since I got my period (friday) I've been itchy since then. I also felt a little line of spots above my vaginal opening, could this be the scents in the pads or something else? Please help!

First I started crying and sobbing, then i got all hot and sweaty, then I started hyper ventilating and was dizzy and couldn't walk properly and when I stood up, my vision went almost completely. I've had about a litre of water, two cartons of chocolate milkshake and a glass of orange juice, so I've had plenty to drink. I don't know what happened but I've had a headache since about 1:30 this afternoon as well if that's linked at all. Please can someone tell me what happened and any advice you have will be a great help. Thanks.

I got my first period on 18th April and I still haven't got it for this month, is it just irregular if summat else? How long should it last? Is 3 days ok for now? What a period cups? Thanks :')

I get real self conscious and I don't want to get measured at a shop so I will do it at home but I need to know how to measure the band and cup size because I've heard loads if different stories and I need to know how! I live in the uk if it makes any difference? Taah :')

I'm a 13yr old girl and am 5"7 how much shoud I weigh?

I am never thirsty and if I have a drink at breakfast I can go all day with out another one. But I am really forgetful and never remember to drink anything through the day. Usually by the time I go to bed I have a really bad headache and I always have really dry skin. Is there anything I can do (apart from exercise because I will forget to) to make myself thirsty?

Just now, I had a stomach cramp, the second time I've had cramp in my life, and I needed to pee real bad, so I went to the toilet and did a pee, then I went back to my bed. A few minutes later, I needed to poop, so i went to the toilet but had really bad constipation, then I tried to push out the poop and I farted, this repeated itself around 5 times, can someone explain it to me? If it helps I am a 13 year old girl?
