Flesh hanging down there?
I have a little piece of flesh (about 1.5 cm long) hanging down there... it hasn't bothered me up until recently when it got a minor irritation, now it hurts to wipe when I go to the bathroom. Do I have some sort of problem? If so what can I do about it?
