Hello, I've received a nasty letter from Gibney Anthony & Flaherty after my listing got removed from eBay. The item is a replica Rolex watch which I got from a yard sale. I wore it for a year but decided to sell it on eBay listed as a REPLICA ROLEX and had the listing price as $50. I initially thought if you list items as replicas then it would be fine since you are not tricking anyone. But with further research after getting this letter, listing reps/fakes for sale is illegal (yes i am dumb). However, I still have the watch and did not receive money for it.

Now Gibney Anthony & Flaherty llp emailed me saying I need to send them $350, the watch itself, where i got the watch, and to send them a letter that I will CEASE and DESIST all sales of replicas. I can do everything except send them the $350. I am a broke college student with loans. They want me to do all of this by the 14th and today is the 8th.

What should I do? Is is a scare tatic? or a scam?

Should I just send them everything else except the $350?or should I email them?

I am rendering a video at a school computer so I cannot change the settings. The settings are that the display goes to sleep in 15 mins without activty. However the computer never goes to sleep. Is it possible for the Mac to still render the video without the display being on?

Seaglow is expensive and I want to make my Jordan soles icy blue so i already ordered powdered rit dye in a royal blue. And i was going to order seaglow off of amazon but it is 20 bucks So i was not gonna go for that...

Then i got an idea using SoleBright because it is cheaper but i do not know iF it works with powdered dye.

I ordered an item and it dispatched from the sorting center 14 days ago. And there have been no updates since. I have ordered stuff from china a lot andnthey arrived here in the US in 7-10 days. Should i be worried?

I calculated that my student debt for all my 4 years is 64000 that includes all loans that includes loans such as the federal perkins loan, direct loans, and more! I know that any debt is bad...however how much is too much! lol.

My cost for college for a year is 47000 dollars however I got a scholarship and my financial aid that covers $40000 of my year. I also calculate that $8000 of my loans will have interest while the other 8000 will have subsidized loans.I am applying for tons of scholarships. Thanks! I really want to be accepted into Bucknell for Computer science and engineering! I love their campus and major a lot!!! Bucknell is right under Ivy League "status". I applied to Bucknell for early Decision 2.

I have a 102.6 weighted GPA, I am ranked 12 out of 131 (used to be 150 last Quarter... lol)

I gave my essay's to all my English teachers from 9th to 12th grade and all of them said it was a great, high quality essay. Plus I gave it to my History Teacher and he is very picky on essays and he said it was very good. My counselor and teachers said that I have impeccable character.

I am taking AP calculus and currently have a 100 and AP US History and currently have a 98 this quarter. I have taken Physics honors (98) and honors Trig(96). I have taken all academic core classes.

I have participated in missions trip and clubs that volunteer. Plus I am in a lot of extracurricular activities such as Varsity football(MIP), NHS, and many more to list.

I am totally dedicated to programming. I am very creative and resourceful. My teachers and counselor say that I have tremendous talent. However my tests are below average FOR Bucknell. I have a 27 in my ACTs and a 1640 for my SATs. Their average is 27-31 for ACTs and 1900 and up for SATs, Will I get in? Thank you!

I am a senior in high school that just got accepted to RIT with a presidential scholarship. I am a beginner in Java, python, visual basic and c++. There are no AP compsci classes offered at my school:( I am taking AP calc and currently have a 99 for the semester and I taked physics honors and ended up with a 98. I am a hard worker but I am scare if the college programming classes will be hard. I have a desire to code and I like. Plus I really want to be a software engineer since freshman year however I am just scare. I see some of my other friend.program better me. Can I be a software engineer? Bucknell is my dream school! Bucknell has a 27 percent acceptance rate. It is under Ivy League. I have a 101.203 weight average and I have Taken AP Calc and US history. Also I have taken trig and physics honors. Also I have taken the 2 year rrequirement of a foreign language. I am in a lot of clubs and extracuricular activites. I scored a 27 on the ACTs. I have a lot of acheivements. However I am scared that I will not get accepted. I almost done with my application. Thank you!

I have a 2001 Eclipse GS 102000 miles on it. Automatic When I drive I hear a whooshing sound coming from the driver side front tire. The whoosh is on every rotation of the tire. The faster I go the faster the sound is. Is it the wheel bearings? or something with the suspension? Do I need to have it check, I only have a limited amount of money. Well I already asked her to go to prom with me and she said YES!...but here is some backstory well, we dated a couple times but we are going as friends now. When i asked her the first time she already had a date but he couldnt go for some reason, so i asked her again and she said yes! So i was content but i overheard her conversation with her friend and her friend asked her: "are you excited for prom?" and she said "no, not really" and i asked her if she was ready and excited for prom and she did not reply. that put a damper on my mood. I thought girls were actually excited for prom? Or am i just a last resort for prom?
