Ive been on a strict low carb diet and the weight seems to be dropping of however i have lost any weight for a whole week, i think I've hit a plateu ( no weight loss/ stall) how do i get out of it ? and is 17 pounds in a month good ??

One of my closest friends has been in a relationship for around 2 years now. He's become less social he will never come out for a night out in the town, never meet up, never go any where without her etc. Ive just spoken to him on the phone about new years eve and he's spending it with his girl friend again!. Im not being jealous in any way or being disrespectful but I think its gone too far he's still 18 and has much more opportunities, he turned down an offer to go to USA to play football/soccer contracted because of her. My other friends have gone to uni and i hope to go in september 2014. Ive had enough with another close friend as he's in a relationship now with a girl who constantly cheats on him but he still choses to be with her, i have no idea why. He's changed over the past few months as well, becoming less sociable, not talking much etc. Once i go to university I'm deeply thinking about not contacting them as much anymore and slowly going our own ways, it makes me sad because i don't want to but i just feel like I've lost my friends and i now need to move on make new friends and look to the future. What shall i do!!!

Im 17, 6ft tall and weigh 88kg which is slightly overweight i know. Im getting really tired of things in life. All my friends have had sex/ been in relationships etc but im the only one who hasn't and i dont know why. I am really good at talking to girls but they never seem to interested in me. But i have been told by a few girls that im good looking but that has resulted in nothing yet, its been over 2 years since i got with a girl ( kissing ) and nothing has happend ever since. I know you will say that you will find the right person eventually but nothing has happend :(. Any guys or girls advice please ?
