I am taking it to her and her family. I am making a pasta bake with a side of garlic bread.

My question is, should i make the bread when I get there or make it last and then take it along with the pasta? My fear is that it wont be hot when I get there because she lives 20 min away. Im going to take it in one of those metal to-go pans. Do u think it will keep it warm?

It doesnt have to be in DC necessarily. I will be near silverspring. I wanted to know of any neat shops, restaurants, attractions? Ive seen almost all the museums and monuments. I am looking more for some mom and pop places or hidden gems. Thanks!

My siser in law is 17 and counting her calories. She started to gain a LITTLE bit of weight last year and she freaked out. She now is very thin (not gross) but still thin. She has no womanly curves yet. Her mom told me that she was went inside and was upset last night because she lost count of how many marshmellows she ate when we were making smores. I was like "are you serious? she is so young she shouldnt worry about that!" and everyone else disagreed and said that counting her calories was a healthy habit to have. I think that counting calories is good too, but not when you are 17, and stick thin. When i was 17 i was worrying about what boy of the week i had a crush on etc....not about what i ate. Does anyone think this is normal behavior for 17 yr old, or unhealthy?

I dont like to because all the shorts that are in style are soo short.

My cat isnt mean she is just hyper at night while I am asleep. I wake up and glasses are spilled, boxes are knocked off shelves. She doesnt act like this during the day when I am around her though. I am going to have to get better with picking up before I go to bed but I was jw if there was anything else I could do or something I could give to her. Thanks!
