I get dy/dx = -1/(2x^2)...But I'm not sure that is correct. Is there is suppose to be a minus sign?

T(n) = n * (Summation from i=0 to i= log(base 1) (2^i/1^i)) ;factor out n

T(n) = n * (Summation from i=0 to i=log (base 1) (2/1)^i)

T(n) = n* [2^(log(base 1)n +1) -1]

How can i reduce it further? Can you explain?

=8^i/4i

=?

So then i take cn to the outside of the summation...

I am wondering can I put I make:

4^i/2^i = 2^i

that is within the summation

I copied what was on the teacher's notes but now that I look at it, I'm confused.

The first line he wrote was:

I am confused how he got to the next line which I am stuck on:

((cn)/3)logn + ((c2n)/3)logn - ((cn)/3)log3 + (c2n)/3 - ((c2n)/3)log3 + n <= cnlogn

-(cn)log3 +(c2n)/3 + n <= 0 Since n cannot equal 0, we can can forget about n.

-clog3 + (2c)/3 + 1 <= 0

1 <= c(log3 - 2/3)

1/((log3-(2/3) <= C

Can someone explain to me in full detail how he got to the second line, then the rest. I understand the log rules but I might be missing something in between. The teacher goes very fast.

I need to find out what is the TRUE oldest tree food.

I need it to come from verifiable sources, reputed educational sources, with name of scholared author, publication, date, etc.

It cannot come from blogsites, websites trying to sell products, dr Oz, etc.

It must be printed somewhere from researchers and scholars.

How do i find out which is oldest known tree food to man and how long????

I don't really have any interests. I tried many things but I don't like much things that don't cost money.

He knows where i live so i am sort of afraid he'll get mad if i tell him to not to call anymore...He's very pushy...I hate pretending to be nice but he keeps calling. I just picked up again because i wasn't familiar with his cell phone. He was calling me at his home before several times. I don't want to see him either.

I went out with him before he dumped me. Years later, now, he's called me saying his ex left him so he moved back into town. I have no feelings for him and told him so. I told him I was too busy to see him but he keeps calling me and wanting to have long talks. He wants to be friends and just hang out together because he's lonely.

As polite as I tried to be, I didn't really like rehashing the past. I don't want to be his friend. He had many friends but he lost touch with them when he got married. I didn't have any friends when he met me and so I was shy and insecure. I was heartbroken when he broke up with me but i am different person now and I feel disgusted by him for calling me now and wanting to see me.

On the one hand, I don't want to be known as the kind of person who cannot forgive and forget but then on the other hand, I don't particularly like to see or hear from him. Thinking about him annoys me and brings out all these bad thoughts like how he mistreated me.

My bf was my first interracial relationship and I believe he dumped me bc his folks didn't agree with us to being together. Everything between us were going wonderful until I met his parents who were not interested in getting to know me. He denies it had anything to do with his parents of course but he avoided me for weeks, ignored my messages, telling me he was busy at work. I finally caught him with his new girlfriend who happens to be white like him at a restaurant. That's when he had to tell me he fallen in love with someone else and that is over. He hoped that I could forgive him and told that we should keep our distance. He seems to be pushing me out of his life. He wants me to take a vacation or meet somebody else. He went from warm, loving, caring person to a totally different person who no longer cared about me or my feelings. He continues to avoid me, saying there was nothing more to say. He was busy at work.
