I know someone who is finishing up a Master of Fine Arts program in playwriting this spring at UNM (University of New Mexico). I am completely baffled that this is even a real degree. Does anyone know of a real job where this would make you competitive? (Outside of writing a one in a million hit play...) I would really like to hear from people who have a similar degree and let me know what doors it opened for them…

I currently have a BA in International Studies. I am in an excellent position to knock off all the pre-reqs I need (so long as I can take them online) while I am stationed overseas.

I need advice on how to proceed. What are some good schools? Who can work with me online? (University of Florida is only for people already working as Pharmacists)

Is there any BS of Pharmacy programs still out there?

Chances are I am missing something stupid.

I have a hard copy of my orders already however I was told there was a mod to them and would like to view it and print the update.

This coming tax year one hundred precent of my income will come from military service in a combat zone which means I will be excluded from paying any federal taxes. I will only be required to pay FICA and Social Sercurity. What I need to know is will my tax-free earnings still entitle me to the Earn Income Credit for having a dependant?

I need to know how my taxes are going to be figured. I made money in the US for the first have of the year, around 20,000. Then I was stationed in Bahrain for the second part of the year, another 20,000. I understand that the last 20,000 is tax free what I don't understand is if the taxes on the first 20,000 will be taxed at the 20,000 dollar rate or the 40,000 dollar rate. A huge difference. Anyone had to figure there tax like this before? Can you help me?

One gram of carbs or protein has 4 calories. One gram of fat has 9 calories. However simple sugars (carbs) can be used by the body without processing. A gram of protein or fat has to be broken down to be used. I want to know excatly how many calories it takes to break fat and protein down. Thanks. A reference would be great if possiable...

I am overweight and must lose weight for career reasons. I was blasting off pounds however I am struggling a little currently. I believe this is becuase I am not putting on enough muscle mass to up my maintains cals so cal restriction has fewer benifits and working out is not quite as productive. Recently several people have recommed Cytomel (T3) to me as a way of pushing past my current plateau. It is a thyroid hormone. The recommendation is 25 mg for 4 days, 50 mg for another 4 day, then 75 mg for 5 weeks then a cycle down after that. Has anyone done this....? What happened?
