So I rent an aparment in Philadelphia, PA. I signed a one year lease and from the get go only planned to be living in this city for one year (my job). I recieved a notice two weeks ago that I must have in writing that I will not be renewing my rent or it automatically renews.

The due date was 10/31/11. I called the desk worker this morning and she stated that my lease was renewed. I then faxed a signed letter stating that I would like to be removed from the lease and that I will not be renewing my lease. I stated that I am leaving the area because of my job.

What are my legal rights? It's two days late and thought that any contract can be rescinded after 3 days. So technically, the contract was put in place on 10/31. So am I responsible for it, or can I rescind?

I opened an etrade account and I'd like to invest in a stock that I like to perform well in the next several years. I am new to buying stocks in general and don't know how to go about purchasing the stock. I have around $500-$1000 dollars to invest and I'm wondering if etrade is the right place for me to purchase the stock. The company is CRTP and I'd like someone to explain to me how to purchase it via etrade. Also, if it's worth doing it through etrade if I'm not going to be investing frequently and it'd be more of a one time buy and hold strategy.

My friend and I want to play Age of Empires 2 over the LAN network. We aren't able to connect to each other in the multiplayer screens. He's running windows vista and I'm running windows xp.

It's a ten team league. It's PPR with 10 recieving yards = 1 point and 4 points for recieving td's. Also, qb 20 passing yards = 1 point and passing td's = 4 points.

Alright, so I tend to work out a good amount and go to the gym a lot. Recently I've been crunched for time during the day.

I love doing push-ups, sit ups, and reps with dumb bells I have around the house.

My question is, is it better to lift all my sets at one time or can I do a set of push-ups multiple times throughout the day?

Which one is more effective or are they the same?

At the bottom my HP laptop there are lines that are going across the screen. They only come up when the computer is on and will not go away. They are located right at the bottom of the tab that is open.
