Why isn't there a report abuse category for bad spelling?
I can't be alone in this. Some of you must read the questions and answers on here and wonder whether their authors have ever even set foot in a school. I've seen questions that look as though they're in some sort of code.
This week someone asked about the spelling of a certain word. At least ten people breezed in and confidently gave an incorrect answer. One of them got five stars for doing so. I can't believe anyone would answer that sort of question without at least a basic check that they are right.
If the answers to even such a simple question are wrong, how much hope do you have that the more complex issues are being answered correctly, or responsibly?
17 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade agoAre all smokers selfish?
Since the smoking ban came into force, there have been lots of comments from smokers arguing their right to smoke wherever they chose. They also tend to give thumbs down to anyone who dares to disagree. I will probably get the same response here.
But I'm going to give you a chance to show how reasonable you can be. Given that...
a) If you smoke in a room, and let's ignore the health issues for now, everyone else in the room WILL have to breath your smoke and WILL go home smelling of your smoke
b) If YOU are prevented from smoking in that same room, YOU are the only person who is personally affected
...justify to me, in any way other than a purely selfish one, why smoking should still be allowed in enclosed public spaces where non-smokers are present.
I have absolutely no problem with anyone smoking. It's your choice. I just don't see why I should have to deal with the consequences.
I await your responses with interest, but not a great deal of hope.

I went into a shop the other day to buy my son a video game. On the shelves I found games for the PC, for the PS3, PS2 and the XBox 360. Guess how many there were for the original XBox.
None. Not one single game.
If Sony can let you buy games for their old system (and from what I've seen they are even releasing some new ones), why can't Microsoft?
Obviously I know the answer is profit - they want you to buy their new system - but honestly, what happened to looking after your customers?
