Fluttering/Pulsing in center lower abdomen & *NOT PREGNANT*- what is it?
I began having a fluttering feeling in the direct center of my lower abdomen, about 2-3 inches below my navel a few days ago. It was pretty intense and would last several minutes, would stop for about 20 min. then begin again etc. There would only be a few hrs in the day when I would not experience this. After about a day the fluttering began to feel more like a pulsing than a flutter, accompanied by some very mild pain. I am also having some mild spotting but it is not time for my period, and I never spot in between periods.
Most everything I found googling this was all pregnancy related- and I am absolutely 100% positive that I am NOT PREGNANT....
The only other thing that came up googling was in the right or left lower abdomen, but mine is absolutely center.
I really am concerned about what this might be, but won't have time to see a doctor until Fri. (barring a serious emergency).- so any answers before that would really put my mind at ease....
4 AnswersWomen's Health1 decade agoU.S. Citizen wanting to *PERMANENTLY* move to the UK? How to do this?
I studied abroad last year and the UK and decided that is my home- my student visa was short term though and I am back in the US. I really want to go back to the UK to live permanently- London or Glasgow preferably - but I'd take where I could get. What I looked into while I was there seemed pretty hopeless for Americans to make the move permanently. (I found lots of temp programs) I would also need to finish College- if I had to start over in the UK I would.
*ANY* info & help please??!!
I posted this in immigration already (where it seemed more befitting) I only got one answer asking all about my family- but with no real advice on how to make the move. Here is what I answered to her... My family would not come- but we'd stay in touch & visit, not much of my family is still living anyway- no family in the UK- but I made friends there while studying abroad...
I just need details on *HOW* to do this

1 AnswerImmigration1 decade agoOn Hulu- the vids are fine when they are small but if I go fullscreen they are slowed down- how to fix?
I looked at Hulu's troubleshooting - I have an intel based mac- my OS is compatible, I have the right version of flash- I have even uninstalled & reinstalled as it says to do in troubleshooting on Hulu- and I tried their troubleshooting right click on the video before expanding to adjust the speed- that failed too...
All other flash videos online don't do this for me- no other streaming video does this...
1 AnswerOther - Computers1 decade agoWhat type of mold grows on soymilk? / Can breathing in the spores be harmful?
I had a mug with soymilk in (about 3/4 full) it that I unknowingly covered up with a hardback book for I'm guessing weeks. Gross I know. When cleaning I made this discovery- the mug was filled to the brim with green mold that looked like hills, and little white mold balls among it. I put the mug and book into a thick plastic bag and took them out to the outside trash immediately. I did breathe in spores though I'm sure from that much mold. Is it possible some spores may still be in the room? This is why I'd like to know what type of mold would grow on soymilk, and how harmful its spores are.
2 AnswersAllergies1 decade agoHas my strep become an abscess/ was I misdiagnosed?
Hi
Two days ago I saw the doctor and I just had two small pus pockets around my tonsils, some congestion, and a fever in the 100s. He told me it looked like strep, gave me Amoxicillin, and did a culture that hasn't come back yet. Yesterday I had a fever as high as 103, but ranging all over below that as well. Today I have been fever free, but have developed additional large pus pockets behind my tonsils that are pretty large and bulging. It is very hard to swallow and it has affected my vioce. A doctor over the phone told me if my fever is gone I'm getting better and not to be concerened unless 5 days pass with these pockets not gone. They seem to be getting larger even as the day progresses though - I've had strep before and never this/ Is it strep? If so did it form and abscess later? I'll try and post a pic I took if it will let me
