I received a letter from Bank of America saying the my debt was forgiven and cancelled. Will that affect my credit in anyway?

My parents are selling a rental that they invested in a couple of years ago. The potential buyer backed out after the realtor gave him the 10 days to choose. The 30 day mark is September 17. Can he still back out even after all the paper work has been filed with the abstract company and the bank? What would my parents need to do? How does that work?

I've never seen an episode but I've seen the trailers on MTV. Personally, I think America is overreacting as usual. It's no suprising for me. I was actually expecting America to react. I'm sure more than half of American teens are doing the same thing they do on the show. American censorship is yet again going overboard. When I was in high school, I knew a slew of people who have been drunk, done drugs, have sex, etc. I think now adays, parent don't want to accept what their teens now that they didn't know until they were in their late adulthood.

Wouldn't Judaism be the "true" religion if we wanted to follow Jesus?

We hardly ever studied British history in school. Even in World History we mainly studied how the United States came to be from other countries, so I'm a little confused. I know Britain is under Parliament but who sets and enforces the rules? Or do the Queen and the Prime Minister work together?

What's the Difference between a State University and a regular University. For example, University of Texas VS. Texas State University

I wanted to know how I can get a hold or where to go to write a thank you note to our troops overseas, veterans, military families, etc. I really want to express my sincere gratitude for their sacrifice. Email address, addresses, etc. Sending a personal thank you is much more meaningful I think.
