so me and my dad traded in our car about 4 days ago (2008 kia rio) and we get a 2010 versa. our payments are 324 a month, and 250 down. all the papers get signed, we leave, and have been driving the car since. today my dad receives a call saying they need him to come sign more papers, when he gets there they say something along the lines of "we need to add an extra 50 to the payments and need 500 down"

something having to do with the bank, i wasnt inside when they told him all this so i dont really know. anyways, my dad and i cannot afford to do this, we can barely afford the 324 a month, my mom tells me that this is just some tactic dealers use to try to get more money out of us, and will eventually back down, and she says its happened to her plenty of times. is this true? is it really just a tactic dealers do? do you think they'll take our car back?

So about two weeks ago I started my job at McDonald's, Im 17, and so far it's decent. Not my favorite place to be, but whatever. So I work the front counter for 8 hours a day sometimes, but every night since I started front counter, I've dreamt that I'm at work, but I'm not fully asleep, part of me knows it's a dream but I can't convince myself right away, I have to fully wake up and tell myself that I'm at home in bed and I need to sleep. I literally do that every night, I'll sit up, look around and say "I'm at home, I need to sleep"

While this works, it'd be better if I just didn't have these dreams in the first place

To go into more detail about the dream, I basically dream I'm at the front counter taking orders, and I'm falling asleep as I do it. And I'm also having trouble taking orders because there's no actual register for me or anything, and then I'll direct the customers to another register

Anyways, I really need these dreams to stop because they're ruining my sleep every night, do you have any advice?

ive always heard people pronounce the date like that and i just thought they were saying it like that cuz they never learned, but the other day i heard someone say it in a sitcom (how i met your mother). he said "it was november five" not november fifth, and i was shocked. not that this is a huge deal to me, but im just wondering, is this just something that some people never learned? or is that correct as well?

so i bought this macbook pro (5,1) unibody, its a 15" 2.53 Ghz, 2008, on craigslist.

so anyways, for a little while it worked fine, but now what happens is ill have it off the charger, and itll be at a random percentage, anything, 78, 53, whatever, and itll just die, no warning or anything, and then ill turn it back on withhout plugging it in, itll keep dying, but if i plug it in, itll be back at 78 or 53 or whatever.

system profiler says the health is normal, so what do you think is the problem?

so a year or two ago, finding super skinny jeans wasnt a problem, just go to hot topic, and all the social collision jeans were right there. but now they changed their brand to rude, which i hate, they're not as skinny as social collision, and theyre thick AF. theyre really uncomfortable.

so im wondering where i can get a great pear of super skinny jeans like social collision used to make? i can go to a store or buy online, it doesnt matter

So I have 475 to spend on a new (used) MacBook, someone offered me their 2008 aluminum MacBook, it's the 2.0 ghz model, 4gb ram, and 250gb hdd, is it worth it to buy this laptop today? How does it hold up?

i bought this thing off craigslist for $70, its an elite, but come to find out that it doesnt read any games, except for a world at war for some weird reason.

anyways, i assume theres a mod or something i can do to it? its not under warranty so theres no limits to what i can try. a new laser? i was thinking about going into my local xbox repair shop to see what they think is wrong, what do you guys think, basically what happens is, i open the disc tray, put a game in, close it.

makes two noises, then says open tray again. thats all that happens. is there some way to fix it myself or should i just take it in?

so i have a router in the room next to mine as well as all the other needed crap. my dad gave me his old work compter, which doesnt have wireless in it so i had to hardwire it to the router, the internet is working fine on the laptop (as you can tell by me posting this)

so i have an ethernet cable running from the desktop to the router, usually this worked on my xbox or anything else, but now its not. the desktop is running XP, and when i try to connect to the internet i get a message saying "limited or no connectivity"

when i click on the local internet icon in network connections, the general tab says my internet speed and all that but it still says limited or no connectivity, what am i doing wrong? do i need to set up a new connection using one of those wizards? or what? thanks ahead of time for the help

Ive had my iPhone 4 on verizon for like 4 days, everything's been fine, but today when I tried sending picture messages it wasn't working, it gets to about 90% then it fails, I know a lot of people had this problem, is there a way to fix it, I tried restarting and turning off my mms and turning it back on and all that stuff, I was wondering if I need to call Verizon or something, the only way they'll send is if while it's sending, I delete it from the conversation

im sure 100s of people have asked this before, but whatever. so I've had an ipod touch since 2009, and its been jailbroken since the day i got it. there was a point where i didnt have it jailbroken, and it was sooooo boring without my extra apps. so i know ill feel the same way about my iphone. i have it on verizon, im very good with jailbreaking so i wont brick it or anything. but im just wondering like, will verizon know anything? or something, what are the risks about the iphone, that arent a factor for an ipod? thanks :)

i know that there should be a new iphone in around october, but thats not really that important to me. right now i have a droid x, and an ipod touch 4 32gb. now im going to sell my phone, and i also have 60 dollars. but i wasnt sure if i should sell my ipod to get a 4s 32gb, or keep the ipod and just get a 8gb iphone 4. i use my ipod A LOT, way more than my phone, i use it for internet browsing when i dont feel like using my laptop. i have about 11gb of music on there as well as pictures videos apps etc.i have about 7gb free on it right now, and i like having that extra space. but if i bought an iphone 4s and put all my stuff on there, i wouldnt have to carry around 2 devices, just one. but at the same time, if my iphone dies, then thats it, i have nothing else to use until i charge it. also theres that $200 price difference which makes me lean towards the iphone 4, what do you guys think? and im on verizon if that helps at all

i have an epiphone dot, im lefty so i had to get it in red, and i want to get it painted solid white, nothing fancy, just white, so where should i get it done, i live in orange county, dont tell me to do it myself cuz i know ill screw up, thanks :D

I borrowed the disc that came with my brothers Macbook pro and I wanted to know if that was just the snow leopard disc, I bought mine used so I didn't have the disc, I have an older Macbook pro, the intel based one. The disc he gave me says "13 inch Macbook pro os x installation dvd" can I use this to install snow leopard on my mac? Or will it erase everything or something

so a few months ago i bought a crappy mac after selling my pc, i had synced my ipod to the pc, but i never synced it to the mac, i just bought a new mac, and i want to sync it now that i have the harddrive space, but theres no way im gonna redowload all my music again, i have a lot of music and apps and i dont wanna lose it. so is there any way to get all my stuff from my ipod to my mac, even though ive only used it on pc? im running 10.5.something and my ipod is a Ipod 4G running 4.0 (as you can see i dont like updates)

So this has been an ongoing thing between me and my girlfriend, we were both straight edge when we started dating. The fact that she was straight edge is really what attracted me to her in the first place. But recently she's been wanting to smoke weed. All of her friends do it, her older brother does it, and most recently, her best friend started. She tells me that she might, and I just don't know what to do. I really really don't want to break up with her, or threaten to, but if she does it, it'll kill me inside. I just don't know how I could ever deal with my girlfriend smoking. Idk what to say to her, I can't keep an eye on her at school cuz we go to different schools. This is killing me just thinking about it. She knows that this will hurt me, and I think that's what's stopped her from doing it so far, but I think she's gonna do it soon, idk what to do or what to say to her, any suggestions?

about 8 years ago, my brother showed me this movie, it was alice in wonderland, but it was a sort of horror version. when alice goes into wonderland, she turns into a doll, and goes through the adventure, from what i remember it was pretty creepy, but i was 8 so idk really. but ya thats the main point was that she turned into a doll. i never got to finish watching it so i wanna find it. thanks

during the school year...i was starving all day long...i could eat 3 full meals a day...and since summer started...i can usually eat 1 or 2 meals...and theyre a lot smaller than what i was used to...i wake up at 11 and cant eat until like...2. and then im not hungry again until like...9..is it because i dont use as much energy as i did when i was in school and that im sleeping more...is there a way to get my appetite back because i really miss eating

my friend is cool but hes also quite a dick...so i blocked him from commenting on my stuff...but he can still write on my wall...so i went to change the setting...but it doesnt give me that option...it just says "friends can post on my wall........enable/disable" theres no customize or whatever...so is there anyway to do it without removing him

my band has a gig coming up in a week....i thought itd be cool to have some t shirts...whats the cheapest way to do it...i know i can buy that board and the stencils and stuff and paint....but is there a cheaper way to make shirts..like they dont have to look professional they could look kinda crappy...but ya i just dont wanna spend a lot of money on them (cuz i dont have money to spend on them)
