I was walking by a store at the mall, and I slipped on the floor because there was water!! The floor is white, so I didn't see any water!! There also was no sign that the floor was wet!! Can I sue

This is the first time I apply for financial aid, so maybe I am not understanding how it works.

When I applied for financial aid, I got selected for verification, I took all the documents my college needed, and just waited..In the meantime my Pell grant amount was 986 for the YEAR, even though I only made 11,600 the previous year. During my orientation, I met this other student in my college and told me they gave her 5000 for the YEAR...She also showed me her tax returns and she made 26000.. So I don't get it.. My fin aid has been verified and they left it the same way it was... I was also a month away for my divorce to be final... and my ex husband was unemployed... Can anyone explain please????

I have purchased a diamond ring from a jewelry store in the mall. after 10 days the white gold wore off, the diamond wasn't shining, so I went to professional jewelers to get their opinion about it, and they said that it was a bad diamond. I went calmly to the store asking for a refund just like it was stated in the receipt (15 days to get a refund), and asked for a refund. They refused at first, saying that the owner is overseas and they can't give me a huge sum just like, and that I had to wait 3 weeks for to get my cash back.. After the manager spoke to the owner on the phone, he said that it won't be returned cause the ring has been re-sized and therefore not returnable. My fiance went it to try to talk to them, and same thing, they said that our only resort is to wait for the owner to come back and try to talk to him, and that it's the store's policy not to return rings if they were re-sized.. So now I want to sue them.. What are the detailed steps.. Should I get a lawyer, if so what kind?? Commercial lawyers???PLEASE HELP

My fiance bought me this ring 13 days ago, to celebrate our engagement and also for valentine's.We had to resize it from thethe standard size of 7 to 5,,,So when I first got it, we didn't notice anything, it was all shiny because of the store's lights.. few days later I started noticing that it had lots of flaws: for one the center stone in not in the center, it's slightly tilted to the right,,( it's a 14 CT white gold, 1 ct diamond, with 2 smaller diamonds on the side, and lots of little stones next to them)...Also I noticed that the white gold is coming off from the top and bottom of the ring,,,Also I noticed that the ring wasn't shining at all,, So I wanted to make sure what kind of quality it was and called EGL, the jewelry story provided us with a report of the size of a credit card.. So when I called them to verify my diamond, they said that the number that I have doesn't correspond to any diamonds,,,So I got upset, went to 3 different jewelry stores to check my diamond,, They all told me it was a bad diamond and that the reason it's not shining is because of the inclusions in it..So I went to the store and told them that since I am withing my retun policy of 15 days and that I m not satisfied with the ring, I wanted my money back,, they said that the diamond is certfied in europe not in the US, and they wouldnt return it because they resized it, and that's their policy (BTW it's a new store, privatly owned).. I went to Simon's mall management, and the GM told me that I should be realistic, and that even if I m not happy with it, I should either keep it, or exchange it and work with them,, I told hiim that I was very unhappy and don't trust the store anymore,, and he started being rude on the phone..What am I supposed to do? If I should sue..how do I di that, without costing me lots of money? should I write a letter to them?

I don't care if its expensive. but at this point I would just need anything that will fix the problem,,, I have tried everything... I have tried antibiotics twice ( monocycline, and tetracycline), the first time I did, 4 yrs ago, I had stomach problems, the second time which was a year ago, I got yeast infections,,, and it just cleared up not too long ago,, I tried proactive, it stopped working after 2 weeks, I tried differin, nothing. I tried an acne solution from clinique, and I almost sued them, I got a chemical burn, because of salicylic acid, all of this was under the supervision of dermatologists,, and I mean nothing is working. Right now I am using neutrogena, and I mean its not working at all.. I eat very healthy, I eat proteins, fibers, and fruits everyday, I have a well balanced diet, I drink lots of water and green tea, I exercice, and dont even like chocolate and other sweets... HELP, tell me about something you have used or done that made your skin clear

I got discharged from my job in February of this year, I then filed for unemployment, got a letter saying that it was approved but because of some stuff I put in m application they were going to reject it, so I filed an appeal about 3-4 weeks ago, and I ve been waiting, I m still getting letters for me to claim weeks but I m just not seeing anything yet
