She is married to my brother and they have small children.

She always has something to say about how my daughter is mean or spoiled. Or they try to correct my daughter. My mother watched my daughter while I am at work. I pay my mom. Then they will bring their kids and drop them off after my mom has watched my kid all day.

Neither of them work. They are getting unemployment, living off food stamps, and school loans and grants.

I have a good job, and bills. I am jealous of them. They always have money to go on vacation. My dad babies my brother and gives him whatever.

They don't have to worry about working, dad will help them.

But my dad is not that way with me. I have tried talking to my parents about it.

I just don't know why I feel like this.

I thought she was my friend, but now she has made new friends and does not include me anymore. My brother and his wife say things to try to make me jealous. (Stuff they buy, things they do, going out to eat. etc)

While we are on a budget, trying to pay dr bills and our rent.

Which he never pays fully. But gets away with it. We both rent a house from our dad.

I have to pay all of mine.

My house needs repairs. My dad will not repair.

I try to hold i t all in and say nothing,I feel like I am going to explode.

They are always asking me to watch their kids so they can go out. I usually want to spend time with my kid after I work all day. Why do I feel guilty for feeling so jealous of them?Should I just move away

However, it needs a lot of work and updating.

Or should I invest in a house and pay interest on a loan for something new?

I know overall, after a 30 year mortgage I would pay twice for a new house.

However, this house needs a new roof, the driveway always has to be fixed after a hard rain, and a lot of work needs to be done, that my dad does not want to do.

We like it, but it is not our dream house.

But staying there will save us alot of money over the next 20 years.

Any advice?

We tried putting him in the bedroom and he tore the door off.

I have gave to him and helped him out. He is my brother I love him to the ends of the universe and back.

Our parents recently moved and could not take a living room suite with them. It is very nice and my husband has always told my mom he would take it if they get rid of it.

She asked me a few days ago if I wanted it and we decided we did. I offered them money and my dad debated it. My mom told me no money. Just take it.

My brother calls me a few days later to pretty much let me know that they asked him first if he wanted it and how I should take very good care of it.

I am not sure what his point is exactly or why he thought he needed to tell me this.

I feel like that he feels like I am getting "one up on him". Even though he was offered the couch first.

I am upset he is being greedy over this however I kept my cool when he called as that was the only reason he called and that made me mad.

I am upset my parents offered it to him for free then me and when I brought up paying for it they considered.

Which I don't mind, it is the principle however. At this moment I am not sure if I should confront them all, or let it go.

For years my husband told my parents he would buy it/take it, and then they offered it to my brother? Before us? Now my brother don't want it, but acts like maybe I should not have it either.

I don't understand. I am not a spiteful, jealous person. If he would have took it that would have been fine. I can always go to the store and buy one.

One reason is the parents, will not work and they rely on my husbands parents to support them and their children.

I know thing s they do, such as paying rent, or cell phone bills. While parents party, smoke, drink their money away.

I work and I keep a paycheck coming in. Over Christmas, one of my brother's sisters made the comment, about my child. What do you get a kid who has everything?

I was livid. I don't buy her everything, but she is an only child. & She is 2. NOw I am feeling guilty about throwing a birthday party for her soon.

I don't want to "Over do " it in their eyes. But, she's my kid?

Do I invite that family? Ignore them and do my own thing?

I have a credit card that I can transfer other balances to. I would have to pay $3000 to pay it off.

I could transfer 3 credit cards to total $3000

or i have a large credit card of $6,000 Should I jsut apply my cash to that and keep paying on everything else?

grandparent, and close family members. Not every one in the family. Not so much a baby shower, but I think my soon to be nephew deserves a celebration. I have bought gifts but don't expect others to. How can I word this for inviting our close family?

I see a lot of people are against baby showers for a 2nd kid. However, I threw the first baby shower and I think my 2nd nephew should be honored and welcomed also.

It would be a great event for family to get together and see each other also.

i don t think she really needs anything other than diapers, so how can I word this to join us to celebrate with no present expectations?

My husband and I are terrified of daycare. We worry so much and it is going to be such a big chance. We found a decent one, that has good ratings, recommended and close to home and affordable.

I don t have the courage to even contact them and pay the deposit. How do I know I am doing the right thing? I hate the thought of leaving her with strangers

I start going through food as fast as I can. If I am hypoglycemic, what do I need to do? Can I have low sugar with out having diabetes?

& they told me that my Dr. ordered 10 tests.

I have complained to her about fatigue, I have PCOS and insulin resisitant.

Other than the CBC panel, what else might they order to be tested?

I know my thyroid is one to be tested.

My daughter is 15 months old. I work during the day so I consider out bed time our bonding time. My husband and I sleep in separate rooms for the sake of snoring and everyone being well rested!

I have no desire to move her. My sister thinks we should go ahead and get the toddler bed so it will be easy.

So what will be easy? I don t plan on moving her until she is ready and understands and wants to go.

I also am still nursing at night.

I have worked in this job for the past 12 years. I am going to apply for student aid and get a degree hopefully. i have a 1 year old daughter. I am very busy in my life and my head is spinning. I have no friends or family who can help with her care. My parents are in poor health and sometimes I think its best if I could help them also. Does working pt, taking classe3s online and watching my own daughter sound crazy? Vs working a ft 40 hour week job?

Sometimes she complains that she can not get stuff done. Like clean the house, make dinner, my child cries and wants to be held. She is tired of being stuck in the house with them and wants to take them out and it would be better if I picked my kid up earlier so she can get things done. Am I wrong for thinking, hey when we agreed to this, we both agreed to you WATCHING my child for set amount of hours? I leave early when I can to pick her up but it seems as though my sitter just wants to do her own thing. How do I gently remind her - her job is to watch my child? I pay her.
