If you have a child that isn't your partner's before you get married would he/she become a legal guardian to your child when you get married, or do you need to fill out paperwork?

I have always had a problem with tomatoes but nothing really major itchy mouth, watery eyes, etc. Well, last night we had spaghetti and i got heartburn like usual because of the pregnancy but when I got up this morning and all through the day I have had a tightness in my chest and trouble breathing. could it be a food allergy? I was planning on going to a the doctor tomorrow if it doesn't go away but should I try something like benadryl tonight and see how it goes?

I am 4 months pregnant with my second child, the first with my husband. People are already asking my if I am going to have a baby shower. I know you aren't supposed to do it yourself but they are asking me about it. I was thinking about maybe having just something small but I don't want to look like I am asking for gifts because I'm not. People, friends and family, are asking me when I'm having it. Do I not have one or just invite the people who are asking or invite everyone and just have a good time and not worry about it?

P.S. I didn't get a baby shower for my first child so its not like I've already had one.

I am three months pregnant and my sex drive is nonexistent on top of that I am tired, sore, and nauseous. My husband is getting upset with me because I don't want to have sex with him. Our dd is almost four and we just found out we are having another, when should we tell her? Should we wait until I start showing or even later or sooner than that? We haven't told anyone else, should we tell her first? I need help!

I am only 8 dpo. I am nauseous, fatigued, emotional (I'm usually just a little moody), and my breasts are sore (they usually just get a little tender and sensitive).

I am waiting until next monday to take a test but I was just wondering if i was going into wishful thinking mode already or could this be for real. With my first child I think they came really early, like as soon as I missed my period, but not this early.

Does the child need his or her own room or a separate bed or can they just sleep with someone else? I'm in Indiana.
