I'm 44 and have a 06' IS250. I'm thinking the Audi is a higher end car and considered more classy and sporty, but I like the Lexus because it's also sporty, but not really as classy.Any opions would be great. Thanks.

I'm renting out a house for $1425 plus a $725 security deposit. I kinda promised the house to a woman 51 with her father 79 and two 12 year old daughters. I asked for proof of income and it all comes from collecting off the 79 year old dad. About $2000 in SSI. She mentioned she receives food stamps, but I never saw any proof. She is currently renting her brothers house for $1325. She looks a little dirty, but kids can be kids. The second person is a 74 year old woman, her son 47 and his wife and their son 22 and daughter 23. The 74 year old woman receives 2350 in SSI and $900 from her deceased husbands pension. Their grand daughter brings in about $750 bi-weekly. The younger son doesn't work and both of the parents just had their unemployment run out. The guy even told me that Obama was giving him 1,000 every two weeks for 5 years. Anyhow, I don't know of they'll be going back to work, but they were at their prior residence for 10 years. The woman alone could afford the $1450. She has given me 1000 dollars for a deposit and the first woman said she can give me all 2175 on the 3rd, but so far hasn't given me anything and I don't see how she can. Anyhow, who would you rent? Would you take the 1,000 deposit and just call the first woman back and say sorry I had to take the deposit. It's been one week since I mentioned she could have it.

I work as a System Administrator and sometimes I have to crawl on the floor to fiddle with network or phone cables and sometimes I need to climb in the rafters to fix CCTV cameras. I can't predict when things are going to break down so I stopped wearing khakis and started wearing jeans a while back. My company put out some expectations today about a dress code, but I feel like a fool climbing is the rafters or on the ground if I'm dressed in business attire. I usually wear jeans and a polo or button down shirt in the winter. What do you think? Should your attire fit your job?

The establishment is petrified of what he may do. I hope people realize this. Hillary will just be the next puppet for the wealthy and Cruz the same. If Hillary picks Bernie as a running mate I hope people don't fall for this trick because the VP is useless.
