When someone runs on a treadmill does their cadence change with speed or just their stride length?
I am wondering if the difference between a runner's cadence on a treadmill at 9km/h is different than at 10km/h. For example, does a runner take the same number of steps at 9km/h as they do at 10km/h in one minute?
4 AnswersRunning9 years agoCan a for profit business collect money for a non-profit organization?
I am launching a product that will have the ability to raise money for non-profit organizations. The idea is that we have a service and people pay us for the service a donation amount that will go to the non-profit and we will take a % of those donations as our operating expenses. My question is that can users of our service pay us the total amount say $10 and have it deducted on their taxes as a charitable contribution to xyz charity and we in turn pay that charity $7,50? Can the payment flow through my business or does it have to be directly paid to the charity?

I'm curious as to how the hospitality and travel business works. If I am a travel company that lists hotels and someone books a hotel on my site. How do I get my commission? How do I know that the customer went through with the travel and didn't cancel, and how do I guarantee that the hotel will pay me my fee?

I am curious to see if corporations or other companies use an RFQ or RFP process for finding a venue or do they do research on their own or hire outside consultants to select venues for them.
