I've matured a lot this year. Start college soon. YA! I know who is there for me, I know who's worth fighting for and I will lend a shoulder if you need it as long as I get respect.

  • Adopted an out of control white Shepard dog?!?

He is about a year old. He was allowed to chase other pets, jump on people, bite people, and chase cars (this has caused many injuries). We got him 3 days ago and have gotten the cat chasing and car chasing down. He's doing well. But I was hoping someone could offer training advice for this particular breed? I've trained Chow, labs, chihuahua, pointers, and beagles. What are some similarities and differences in training styles?

  • African violet?

I recieced a very pitiful looking violet from my grandmother. Now my family is taking bets on how long it will live. It had almost no root system, so I repotted it. It did have a few somewhat healthy looking leaves and a new growth "baby" leaf. I know that over watering is deadly. I know very little about this species. I do have a bit of a "green thumb" and I'm sure with some knowledge it will be fine, but advice is greatly appreciated.

  • Does Anyone Have Ideas... My First Tattoo?

I would LOVE to get a small one of a bat. I found a few that I liked but most of the ones I found were depicting the bats as kind of scary. I am in school to become a "bat biologist" so I find bats pretty fascinating. I want something kind of girlie maybe. My style is really random so I'm not super girlie, goth, or really much of anything. Are there any sites with any bat tattoo ideas that aren't gnarly looking?

This is one that I kind of liked, but I don't want to settle if I don't feel 100% about it.

I think goldfish bedsheets would look cute in my dorm room. Are there any places that sell them?

  • Are there any free online college credit courses that I may take even though I am an enrolled college student?

I am attending college right now but I was wondering if there are any free online courses that can transfer over. I'm up for just about any course so I'm not picky. If this is even possible please direct me to a source! please and thanks.

  • What would a good quote be?

To describe that everyone has different views and that people should form their own opinions on things. And how one shouldn't be ATTACKED for believing differently. If you couldn't tell I'm talking about religion. I am looking for an "agree to disagree" type quote.

  • Windows 7 problems/errors: Can anyone help me?

Firstly, I am obviously not a computer person, but I think the problem I'm having is a result of the "Bradford Network" I have to use at school. It seems as if it has corrupted my computer or something. The error comes up as "Bncaui Error: XRC resource: cannot create bitmap from 'bncsaui.xrs$banner_basic.png'."

There's another error but I think I may have fixed it. It said "Host program has stopped working"

I want to know if this is something I can fix on my own, and if so how?

  • Super Ill and don't know what to do. Will you help?

My grandmother is really sick, she's been in the hospital and everything. She can't eat ANYTHING but ice chips and she can't drink anything at all. She's dehydrated and she is vomiting and passing blood. She's had the scope tests done both upper and lower and there hasn't been anything found. Please help us. It's hard to see the woman who raised me not be able to sit. She can't even lift her head from the pillow. She can't keep ANYTHING down... no food or drink... nothing. Please if you have any suggestions let me know. It's literally life or death at this point.

  • College. How should this affect my relationship?

I will NOT break up with my bf and he will not break up with me. I love him so much. We've been a couple for 2 years but I've liked him for 6-7 years. We are both each-others first kisses and first everything else. We are best friends and I can't imagine life with out him. I don't know how to tell him why I'm so scared of going to college. He knows it's because I don't want to be away from him, and he's told me he'll visit me whenever he can and he said that our time together will "mean more" if we have less of it. I don't have a cell phone so I can't call him or text him. He's one of the few friends I have left since we've graduated. I'm so scared of being away from him. When something hurts me he's always here to help me through it and I'm taking on a-lot when school starts and I'm not going to have him near me all the time. How should I tell him so he'll understand, and what should I do?

  • How can I grow Sassafras trees economically?

I have a love for sassafras tea. I love it, but although I live in the woods where the plant is plentiful I feel badly about digging it up for myself. I could dig up every plant in the woods and still not have enough! That is why I want to learn how to grow the plant so that I may replace what I use for tea. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Please and thanks!

  • Is My Baby Chicken Having Issues?

I woke up this morning to check on my "momma hen". When I got to the coop, I found three chicks that have hatched. One looks sickly and is still in "egg" position. I've never hatched chicks before. Will my baby be ok?

  • What's your opinion on the King James Bible?

For the question's sake I will try to remain neutral to the situation (as difficult as it may be for me).

    What is your opinion?

I have heard people say that The JKV (King James Version) is the only true form of the Bible. People are 100% against "translations". Do they take into consideration that the KJV is in fact a translation from the REAL text (which was not in English!)?

Also, if you are a CHristian,do you believe what OTHERS say about the Bible or do you translate the meaning of the text yourself? When you read a passage do you take the time to decide what it means to YOU or do you listen to what others tell you about it.

I will select the most thourogh answer, and THEN tell my opinion!!
