What is the minimum and maximum pay rate for the Atlanta and surrounding areas for a dental asst of 11 years.? I really want to move to the Atlanta area.

Also, Im living in the DC/MD area and I understand that the pay rate would be cheaper because of the cost of living in the Atlanta area.

I filed bankrupt in 2005 and it was discharged in 2006. I reestablished credit and I had everything in tip top order. I was laid off my job in 2010 and I wasnt able to maintain the things i had (car note, car ins., credit cards, etc.) I want to file bankrup again, but I want to know is it too soon to file? I went to the emergency room due to a chronic yeast infection. I go through triage and he asked me if I was allergic to any medications I said yes, diflucan. After seeing the Doc he prescribed me my medication for my yeast. I filled it at CVS and took my meds as the Dr. stated... after taking this pill I started itching. I read the ingredients to the pill and its similar to diflucan. I called the emergency room dept. and I asked to speak with the Dr. and he already left so I spoke with the assisting nurse. I explained to her what happened and she said yes I do see where you're allergic to diflucan. Take beneryl and that should stop the allergic reaction

My question is, should I Sue the hospital for malpractice? They knew I was allergic to this pill and they gave me another pill of the same family... know ill have to suffer the consequences
