I really like her as an actress, but she hasnt done anything since 2009, and there doesnt seem to be any news about her being in films upcoming. Is she still making movies?

I Have a cheque from my job, its my wages for the last two weeks. However, i don't have a bank account (because i owe the bank money) and the check says Account Payee across the middle between two black lines. How am i supposed to cash this cheque. I thought at first that i could maybe put the cheque into my girlfriends account if we both signed the back etc, but after some reading online, ive heard banks no longer do this, especially as it says account payee. How am i supposed to get my wages? thanks

I had an overdraft from the bank over a year ago, which got out of hand when i lost my job and i went into charges etc. My account was closed (as far as i know) and i couldnt use my card or access the account online. Im making good money in a new job, and want to pay off what i owe. However, i can't afford to pay it all off at once.

Would the bank allow me to have the account bank open, and pay so much every month from my wage? Or would they take all the money which i put in? If i put in my wages from this month, then i wouldnt have anything left! and the same next month.

I tried opening another account with another bank but got refused, i think this may be because of Chexsystems?

If i had another account, where i could cash my wage checks, then i could transfer (or withdraw and desposit) an amount every month, so i would be paying off my debt in installments.

I also need an account to be able to recieve my wages, but i can't open a new one, and i can't use my old one because its closed (and even it the money went in, it would all be taken and i'd have no money for rent or anything)!

What can i do? Im sitting here with a cheque payable only to an account with my name, but i dont have one! and can't open one!

Can someone pleasee helpp i dont know what to do !! Are there banks that will still give me an account?? any help would be great thanks!!

Im going to get back into skateboarding!

I skated about 8 or 9 years ago when i was at school, but im 23 now and want to get back into it. I had a quick shot on my girlfriends ancient crappy £15 HUD board (lol) and landed a kickflip after about 3 tries! not bad for not being on a board in nearly a decade!

anyway, im going to buy a complete skateboard but im not sure which one to get. Im stuck between a Fracture setup, and an Enuff setup.

I remember Fracture boards being around when i skated, and i think they were for beginners - intermediate skaters and i remember them being decent decks.

Ive never heard of Enuff, until recently obviously, but what are they like? I like the look of the board, but its not the design thats important.

I can get each for around £50, so which is the better set-up? (il most only skate street and park)

Im wanting to go shopping at Silverburn tomorrow. Im leaving from Cambuslang, so i believe i can get a bus from Cambuslang, to the city centre, and I think, but im not totally sure, get a bus from Renfield St (across from the Cathouse) which takes me to Silverburn shopping centre.

Can anyone comfirm this, and what is the number of the bus i would need to get?

Ive not been working for about 4 months now, which is really getting to me.

Just on Friday i got a call from a friend saying they had put my name forward for a job. It was all out of the blue, and nothing that i would really consider doing.

The job bascially involves getting people to claim for PPI. Its more of a sales position. My first thought was its comission only which i won't do, but after speaking to the manager, its actually £12000 per annum salary to begin with, not including bonuses etc, but the wage could easily increase to £400 p/w, again not including bonuses.

The money sounds good to me, but its a position that i would never put myself forward for, i don't believe i would be any good at it, and i think its above my head. Ive been told that its not too difficult, and that it seems too easy for the amount of money offered, but apparently, it really isnt that hard. The only downside is that i can be working somewhere different each week. For example, my first week may be in Airdrie, second week in Edinburgh etc etc. Ive been told that i don't need my own transport (as i don't drive), and that transport can be arranged for me.

Its just seems too good, for something that i didnt actually apply for. Good money, transport provided, nothing too difficult to do apparently. The whole sales thing really isn't me though, but at the same time, it seems too good to refuse!

So im not sure what to do, the job is basically mine if i accept it, and i'll be starting tomorrow, after a meeting today. I supposed if i warn him that i may not be any good, and he still insists it will be fine, then at least after a short while, if i can't do it, i can leave without feeling too bad about it, and maybe have a little extra money in the mean time!

If i did choose to decline the offer, how should i go about it. The only chance i will have is today when i meet the manager in person.

My girlfriend and I live with her mum and brother in Glasgow. Weve talked about moving to England one day, and now were really considering it.

Im just out of a job which is unfortunate, but i will have around £2-3000 in savings, my girlfriend will have around £1-2000, so about £3-5000 in total. My girlfriend still works at the moment.

We want to move to a nice area, somewhere safe etc. How do we go about this?

Im wondering if we should narrow down a few areas that we would consider living, then look for jobs in that area, get a job first, then move to the area. Or, should we get a home first, then look for a job whilst living off savings?

I think the first option makes more sense, especially it being a difficult time for finding a job. But then of course, this option raises too many questions. Should i go down and look for jobs as well as looking online, what are the chances of even getting an intervew when my address is a different country, there are only so many time i could afford to go down for interviews if i didnt get a job quickly enough. If somewhere would even consider giving me the job, i have no doubts that they would ask if i had a home ready so that i could start as soon as possible (so should i get a home first - but then its unlikely i would get a home when im unemployed). If i did get a job, how could i possibly search and find a home, and get moved in on time for the job starting.

With option 2, do we look for a home and somehow try to get one, whilst currently living in a different country and coming down to not having a job! (who would rent a house to people like that). If somehow we did get a home, what if we werent able to get a job fast enough!

We really want to do this, but don't know where or how to begin.

Are there any companies of some sort, that even for a fee, help you to plan something like this, help you find a job with places to live etc.

Ive had a strange dream twice now. The thing is, i don't really ever remember my dreams, once in a blue blue i'll wake up and actually remember anything about them.

Anyway, a few nights ago, i dreamed i was sitting in my mum's house with her and her husband. I looked down at my left hand and their was an allen key (hex key) stuck into the top of my hand. It wasnt painful and there was no blood. I tried to pull it out the first time and it wouldn't move, then i tried again and i managed to pull it out. It left a dark deep hole the shape of an allen key, but again no blood.

(im pretty sure, the day before that dream, i had been looking for an allen key to remove the brakes from my bmx, but couldn't find one that fitted)

Last night i had another dream. This time it was my right hand, and i was pulling off the scab from a cut (in my dream i thought it was from the allen key, but it was a different hand lol). I pulled off the scab and there was a deep, quite big (bigger then the scab) hole. Again there was no blood. This time i was with my friends, and i could actually see into the hole and see my bone, and i titled my hand and could see my forfinger bone moving when i moved it. Again there wasnt any pain.

that was pretty much it. After waking up today i thought that was pretty weird, and disgusting now that i think of it, partly because i have a weak stomach for injuries etc.

I tried going onto a dream website but theres nothing really about A Hole In Your Hand. I looked up individual words like Hand, Injury, Hole etc but i can't get anything.

Theres a few things going on just now, if that might help explain it, such as, i lost my job and am now going through a tribunal to claim my wages, my papa died about 6 weeks ago, im going to Reading Festival this month but feel really unprepared, im waiting on money coming through but it just seems to be taking forever.

Thats about all i can think of at the moment!

Any suggestions would be great, whatever you think it could mean or symbolize!

Ive got a work tribunal tomorrow. Its informal, but i know that doesn't mean shorts and tee. Im going smart, and i have my information set out and ready. The defendant hasnt responded to my claim and therefor more than likely won't turn up, and even if they do, they aren't allowed to defend themselves. Its not a major case and as far as i know there won't be any legal advisors or anything, so im thinking it might go quite quickly, whatever the outcome.

Has anybody been to a work tribunal? whats it like? how long did it last? how many people were there? did you get questioned like if you were in a court? is it in a room, or hall, or court type area?

Ive started getting into BMX. I used to skate a long time ago, got quite good, then fell away from it. Anyway, i don't know much about the BMX scene at the moment and im looking to buy a good dvd.

Preferrably featuring Garrett Reynolds but not a must, but it must be a street dvd (for the most part), im not really into vert all that much.

Anyway, if you know any good dvds please let me know :)

So i started working about 6 weeks ago at a local little restaurant.

I was on weekly pay, and i got my first week on time, my second a few days late, then got a bit of my third. Im now waiting for the rest of my third, fourth, fifth and sixth. Im owed £480 in total. ive been messed around, constantly told i would get it soon etc etc. Then today was the day we agreed (ive got the texts) that i would come in to pick up my wages before the shop closed down. I went down and the shop was closed and i got a text saying i will now have to wait til the shop goes on sale and is sold. Im already a month overdue on my wages, ive got things to pay and cant wait any longer.

I dont have much of the owners details, ive only got the first names. I didnt have a written contract but i let the jobcentre know that i was working there so they cant deny it. Ive also got texts of my shifts and texts of my boss admitting that im owed the money. What do i do?

i cant wait months until they have sold the buisness. Not to mention, i dnt even think they would give me the money then, i dnt know where they stay, dont have their address or second names. All i have is the resturant and the texts.

What do i do about getting my wages?

Out with keeping them fed, watered and exercised, and giving them the occasional treat of fresh fruit, and letting them chew through as many toilet tubes as they like, does anybody have any good methods or tricks or anything that you know Gerbils really enjoy? :)

Just wondering? i very much doubt it, being processed and containing loads of salt but still, there must be a fair amount of veg in there.

I had seen a few release dates on different forums, but the most common appeared to be the 30th May (today), and would also make the most sense, being pretty much a month after Episode 1.

Does anybody know the actual date of release for episode 2, has there been an official date or is it still just speculation?

I did hear somthing about every 2 months, which i really hope isnt true because i'll be bored waiting to finish the game at christmas!

So i was thinking of buying a bmx and i had been looking about alot of places, and decided to try amazon last sunday. I noticed they had a huge sale on bikes, and i seen a few that i liked the look off. However, it said on the page, that to order before sunday 23:59, before the sale ends. So i quickly ended up ordering a bike (as i only had about 10 minutes to go). Since going back to the website, the sale is still going, and the 'order by sunday...' part is gone. I feel pretty annoyed because i ended up rushing an order for over £100 when it turns out i didnt have too.

So i thought it might be somthing to do with Amazon's time zone. However, its amazon.co.uk, so surely thats BST right? Ive tried searching for what timezone their timing goes by, but got no results.

Can anybody clear this up for me?
